NOT SO E-Z TO SHOW UP!
Saturday (6/27) we walked out to discover water puddling in our front yard. My husband was able to locate the leak and discovered it was coming from the water main. Since he was able to see the problem he decided to fix it himself. Unfortunately, they no longer produce the type of pipe that we have so my husband was forced to do a temporary fix. On Wednesday (7/1) my husband noticed the water puddle again and immediately turned off the water and contacted E-Z plumbing. My husband spoke to FRANKLIN who stated that he was very familiar with the type of pipe that we had and assured him that he could fix our problem. He said that he would arrive in an hour. (8:30 am)
At about 10:00am my husband calls E-Z plumbing and NO ANSWER he tries to call 30 minutes later and still NO ANSWER, left message NO RETURN CALL, called again GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL, called from my phone GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL AGAIN! What kind of business turns off their phone to avoid customers?
How hard is it to take two minutes to call to say you're running late or you are unable to come? I do not recommend this company. Unless you want to be without running water and like waiting around all day for nothing!

*** Here's the unbelievable part FRANKLIN calls my husband around 8:30pm and says "" I can still come out and fix your pipe I have lights and everything."" ***

My husband doesn't check or review businesses. He was so upset he asked me to review this place and after reading other reviews on this place this is nothing new. He's been doing this since 2013! Can't believe this guy still gets work!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH E-Z PLUMBING!

I called E-Z plumbing 909-799-5907 for a leaky tub and had something stuck in toilet. The owner Franklin Ziegler came out the same day and did an amazing job. His pricing was very reasonable and I would recommend him for any plumbing needs. He is also a leak detection and repipe specialist. He was very professional and friendly and 5 stars in my book any day!

Highly recommend. I called fri afternoon cause a pipe busted and I practically had a lake under my house. Franklin explained that he had several appointments before me but promised he would be out just as soon as he can. He kept in constant contact with me updating me on his arrival. He came that night did a quick fix to get us through the night and would come in the am. His prices are reasonable, he thoroughly explains the problem and what needs to be done to fix it. I will definitely use his services again if needed but hopefully not anytime soon.

Oh My Gosh! Today is January 26, 2020. Franklin, the apparent owner of this company, has suddenly started sending me rude messages regarding my original, very accurate review from 2013! He apparently JUST noticed all of his negative reviews about his horrible service and failure to show up or give an explanation to customers. This is an actual quote of the email that he just sent to me today. ""I am a very busy person, one problem I have is scheduling. I'm a licensed plumbing contractor. I have absolutely no idea what I'm getting myself into job to job."" He has 'advised' me to take my 2013 comment off of Yelp. As far as I can tell, from the emails that he has suddenly sent to me, I firmly stand by my original review. I absolutely do not recommend this very unprofessional person.

Giving 5 stars to E-Z Plumbing. I called after hours because all of a sudden we had a small stream running through our front yard due to a broken water line. Franklin came out right away after calling other plumbers who couldn't come out til the next day. Sorry but we need our water! Thank you for fixing our problem so quickly...I was starting to panic.

The water line in my front yard burst the night of Tues, Dec 13. I called Franklyn in a panic to see if he could fix it before I left for MN for Christmas on the 19th. He came out first thing Wed. Unfortunately, he had to replace the water line, but he got it done on Thurs so I only had to go without water one day, and it cost less than I thought it would I can't thank him enough for coming through for me! I will contact Franklyn whenever I need a plumber, and would recommend him for anyone looking for a plumber.

I had a leaky Faucet. I called my landlord and he called E-Z Plumbing. They told my landlord that they would call me. They didn't. After wasting 2 days waiting for them to call, my landlord called them back and setup an appointment. They didn't come, wasting another one of my days. Next day they do come but they came very, very late, and spent 2 hours driving to grab a new faucet.

This time I had water build up under the kitchen sink. Again my landlord called them and they said they'll call me. They didn't for 2 days. I told my landlord my complaints with this company, and he relayed it to them. Then a person did come to apologize, and checked out the problem. The kitchen faucet was leaking. He promised to get a new one and call me to setup an appointment.

THIS WAS 1 MONTH AGO.

They forgot about me, twice. I waited patiently for an entire month for them to call me and they didn't.

These guys are obviously too successful to bother with small jobs, so don't waste your time with these guys.

***UPDATE****
One month after I posted this review they called me angrily saying that I'm hurting their business even though they didn't collect one f***ing cent from me. He said the F*** word several times in his opening sentence so I hung up immediately since I didn't want to argue with an angry plumber that forgot about me twice.

He then proceeded to call me constantly for 45minutes, and left like 12 voicemails. I deleted them all because I didn't want to hear an angry plumber use profanity at me.

Objectively speaking, he promised to call me twice, forgot about me twice, and after 2 months since he made his 2nd promise to call me, he finally calls me not to setup an appointment or to apologize, but to yell at me for hurting his business when I didn't even pay for his service.

Maybe what he is saying is true. Maybe only my landlord has the right to review them since he was the one paying for their services not me. I disagree though. I was the one who had to clear his schedule to accommodate these people. I was the one who ended up wasting his entire day when these guys never showed up and I was the one who had to constantly call my landlord over and over again because these guys kept forgetting I existed, which is why I believe I have the right to share my frustration with this business to whomever might be interested in my experience.

Franklin of EZ Plumbing is my Plumber for life! He has been my plumber for the past 2 years since I moved into my current home. He is HONEST and FAIR!!! He has earned my TRUST without a second guess. I contacted him after my home warranty company backed out on my contract when they found i had roots in my drain line which was litterally the root cause of the sewer back up in the home i just moved into. I called Franklin and he was there the next day..not only did he clear out the roots but he located the root blockage and found where to dig to repair the section of pipe that had roots growing into it. I also had a seperate incident where a water supply pipe was leaking from behind the drywall in my kitchen. after cutting out drywall and removing kitchen cabinets i found patch work in the concrete slab and a rubber garden hose coming out of the ground and attached to copper pipe with an automotive hose clamp. Called Franklin again after water mitigation company qouted me over $1000.00 to repair because it was a ""concrete slab leak"". Franklin made the repair for half the cost, came in with a jack hammer and made the repair to code, soldered in copper pipe to cooper pipe in dry wall, no more rubber garden hoses running under foundation. This guy is Honest, Fair and has my Trust. We are a young family and dont have alot of money and are first time home buyers, and Franklin has helped me and my family on multiple occasions. I will not go to anyone else but EZ PLUMMING period!!! Not only that but hes a real likeable guy.. I'd have a cold beer with him anytime!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP FRANKLIN!!!!

Franklin is awesome !!! Called him on Friday afternoon, Franklin came out Saturday morning, evaluated the problem and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Very patient explaining what needed to be done and extremely professional!! Great work and great prices. We have definitely found a plumber for life.... Thank you again Franklin

Absolutely would NEVER recommend. Wasted our time. Made appointments but never showed up nor did he call to let us know he was late or to reschedule. If you need a plumber, look for someone else. Completely unreliable.
