Franklin , thank you so much for fixing my slab leak in my kitchen. You are very professional. You cannot even tell where you made theRepair . Franklin treated my house as if it was his own home when he was working on it he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the Repair . I was looking at several companies for my multiple units my current plumbers are always busy as most of the good ones are. I called to book appointment was not very comfortable with conversation and I called back canceled my appointment. Think your phone skills could use some work and posting your info into other companies photos it's not a good idea makes you look very crooked and dishonest.

Our bathroom pipe burst in the bathroom and another company came and put a cap on the pipe that runs the laundry washer and I needed the the Cap to be redirected so the laundry machine can work and Franklin came late night and fixed the issue right away .. very nice and very professional and the price was very very fair I recommend E-Z pluming to anyone that needs pluming services .. I usually never leave reviews but this company definitely needs a review .

Had a leak in the upstairs bathroom and it damaged the drywall in our living room. Called Franklin and he came out and repaired the broken pipe and patched the drywall. Cleaned up after himself and he was very professional and his price was reasonable.

Had a water leak in the main line to my house and was stressing out since water isn't cheap so I called E-Z plumbing and they came out fast and found my problem and fixed it fast. They made my day so easier with their quick response. Definitely will use them again if need too.

NOT SO E-Z TO SHOW UP!
Saturday (6/27) we walked out to discover water puddling in our front yard. My husband was able to locate the leak and discovered it was coming from the water main. Since he was able to see the problem he decided to fix it himself. Unfortunately, they no longer produce the type of pipe that we have so my husband was forced to do a temporary fix. On Wednesday (7/1) my husband noticed the water puddle again and immediately turned off the water and contacted E-Z plumbing. My husband spoke to FRANKLIN who stated that he was very familiar with the type of pipe that we had and assured him that he could fix our problem. He said that he would arrive in an hour. (8:30 am)
At about 10:00am my husband calls E-Z plumbing and NO ANSWER he tries to call 30 minutes later and still NO ANSWER, left message NO RETURN CALL, called again GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL, called from my phone GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL AGAIN! What kind of business turns off their phone to avoid customers?
How hard is it to take two minutes to call to say you're running late or you are unable to come? I do not recommend this company. Unless you want to be without running water and like waiting around all day for nothing!

*** Here's the unbelievable part FRANKLIN calls my husband around 8:30pm and says "" I can still come out and fix your pipe I have lights and everything."" ***

My husband doesn't check or review businesses. He was so upset he asked me to review this place and after reading other reviews on this place this is nothing new. He's been doing this since 2013! Can't believe this guy still gets work!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH E-Z PLUMBING!

I called E-Z plumbing 909-799-5907 for a leaky tub and had something stuck in toilet. The owner Franklin Ziegler came out the same day and did an amazing job. His pricing was very reasonable and I would recommend him for any plumbing needs. He is also a leak detection and repipe specialist. He was very professional and friendly and 5 stars in my book any day!
