He didn't try to sell us unnecessary parts or services, he just got straight to work fixing the issue. We were also super appreciative of how mindful he was about cleanliness. He cleaned up any mess he made when he was finished.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and was in need of a new faucet. I was able to easily get in touch E-Z Flow and they came out the same day at exactly the requested time. They even came early. Andy was able to quickly install a new faucet and fix the leak.

We've had clog issues for years. I contacted Andy to clear our latest problem which he did. He went on to clearly explain what was causing the problem along with supporting visuals. We approved an estimate for some extensive work. Despite encountering some unforeseen obstacles the original estimate was honored. While doing this work another issue was encountered (that we were already aware of). We approved the additional estimate and the all the work was completed in a timely fashion including involving the LB Water Dept. Andy took the time to explain in detail the new plumbing and what was done. And, very importantly, they clean up after themselves inside our home and out. Would not hesitate to hire Andy and the team again.

We had some drainage isssues with the the toilet that kept gurgling. We'll Andy came over diagnosed with a camera, the problem was roots in our sewer line outside of our home. He ended up installing a clean out in our planter and used a hydro jet machine which cut out the rest of the roots and gave a us a one year warranty for any clogs in the main. Now we are worry free. I had alot of issues with my plumbing having my toilet flush and hearing it on my shower bubble up I called E-Z flow spoke to Andy very patient and answered all my questions and concerns he setup up a day to come he was here on time and right way found out my restroom was not vented properly he took care of the issue his price I felt for all the work was very reasonable and also while he was here he identified I very bad sewer smell I had and got rid of it I live in fontana and he was able to eliminate the odor from my aseptic tank I was so relieved and happy to see how knowledgeable these guys are e-z flow are going to be my plumbing guys always now I have no flushing or backing up issues and best of all no bad smell in my backyard thanks easy flow !

I would highly recommend EZ Flow Rooter and Plumbing, I had a clogged bath tub that I had been trying to fix myself, a friend had recommended them so I gave them a call. They where able to book me the same day and worked around my busy schedule. Not only did they show up ready for the job but it didn't take them very long to diagnose the drainage and snaked my bathtub in as little as 1.5 hrs and the price was just right as well. I was embarrassed bc it was hair that was clogging the drainage they made me feel like that was very normal and assured me that they've worked on worse cases. I loved that they didn't leave a mess behind either and they where very friendly and offered to come back if I wasn't satisfied for whatever reason. I'am very satisfied to say the least, no more flooded bath tub with grime. I will be calling them in the future for any of plumbing needs. Thank you!!
