I had contacted several plumbers before. They quoted an exorbitant amount for hydro jetting the clogged drain. Then I was lucky to find E-Z flow plumbing. Andy was very responsive. He scheduled an appointment at 2 pm. He came in sharp at 2 pm and completed the hydro jetting work by 3 pm. He did not try to fleece like most other plumbing companies that I had approached. His price is reasonable and he did a great job and provided 1 year warranty on the job. I highly recommend the E-Z flow rooter and plumbing.

We found a nice-sized puddle in our backyard, dug a hole, and discovered an underground pipe was leaking. I called EZ Flow, texted a photo/emailed a video, and Andy quickly responded with a quote and time. He showed up when he said, completed the repair in the same time window, and charged a reasonable rate. (The repair entailed cutting copper pipes and installing a clean patch - the work is neat and secure)
After fixing this leak he then answered other, unrelated plumbing questions I had about my house and even tested the pressure for us to see if there were other issues (there aren't).
Very happy to now have a reliable plumber to call upon if needed.

I contacted several plumbers in the area to replace and install a new kitchen faucet. After the 3rd plumber said ""oh, we don't do condos"" I finally asked why. They said it's because they have to turn the water off for the whole building. I said it's just a faucet installation. Why would you need to turn water off? Never got a straight answer.

Then Andy from EZ Flow replied and I told him others said no. He said it's just a faucet install; we don't need to shut off water if you have on/off valves. We booked the appointment on the spot. I was very relieved.

He txt me ahead of the appointment to confirm time and location. He arrived at the time he promised. He was in and out in 90 minutes. Professional and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier. Also: He's local to Long Beach and has been self-employed for 11 years.

We had a major emergency and our HOA acted like it wasn't. Not having a emergency plumber is unacceptable. So me and my wife had to find one. E-Z flow picked up and we're at our home in less then 30 minutes assessed the situation and went through major steps to make sure the problem did not get worse. Andy got on the phone with my HOA and just laid into them. It was a major fist pump for us. Because our HOA was looking to blame us. Andy got on the roof put a camera down to see the blockage. Never cutting a corner. He cleared the line. Reset my toilet. He was off to another emergency. Andy will definitely be my go to plumber. Honest and did amazing work.
