BRAVO! If I could give E-Z Flow Rooter and Plumbing 1000 stars, I would! Andy and his entire crew are AMAZING! Our drains had been slowing down for a while, but when the tubs and showers started backing up brown, yucky water, we knew we were in trouble. We called several rooter and plumbing companies for estimates, but Andy was one of only two companies who actually went down under the house (we're on a raised foundation) and took comprehensive pictures, diagnosed our problems, and gave a free estimate. His diagnosis was in line with the other estimates we received and his prices were very reasonable! (I really did my homework and compared 7-8 companies.)

We knew we had a huge project ahead of us. The main sewer line was the main issue and the reason why the water was backing up, BUT we also had a lot of corrosion, leaking and even wood damage due to our cast iron pipes slowly falling apart and other leaks that we did not know about. This could have been a very stressful situation, knowing that this was going to be a messy and cost us a fortune to clear the main line AND re-drain our entire home, but Andy made this whole process seamless and even enjoyable! LOL!

His recommendation was to install a main clean-out so that it doesn't back up into the house again (which our home did not have) and then see what was causing the back-up. He put cameras in the main line and there were a bunch of root intrusions in the clay pipes. So they hydro-jetted and lined the existing clay pipe in order to repair the cracks and offsets caused by the roots. This was a really cool process to watch!

Then they started working on all the corroded pipes under the house. They estimated to finish ALL of this work in only two days and THEY DID! Andy made sure to explain each step as they were working, and even educated us on what caused some of the damage and how to prevent the same issues in the future. But with all new ABS now, we won't have to worry about many of the problems we were having before.

Andy's entire crew showed up on day 1 of the job with positivity, professionalism and a ""let's get this done"" attitude, but what I really loved was that they were so FUN! LOL! I got to know them all by name: Andy, Nemo, Jose, Carlos, Jerry, Leo and we honestly had a blast all day long for 2 days in a row. They never complained, even though they were dealing with sewer water and corroded, gross pipes. Especially Jerry and Nemo, they had to be in the damp, dirty crawl space all day (for two days) and were still laughing and positive the WHOLE time!

Andy is so easy going and easy to communicate with. He didn't nickel and dime us, he gave the estimate in separate portions depending on what we needed. He didn't do anything unnecessary, AND he fixed and changes out parts that weren't even part of the job, just out of the goodness of his heart! AND he was patient and so understanding when he had to go to the City TWICE because of an issue on my part regarding our permits.

I know this review is long, but I can't say enough about how awesome his entire crew has been. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to find an honest/reliable plumber these days, but I literally could not get a single referral from any of my friends/colleagues for a reliable rooter/plumber. But now that I've found Andy, I will use him for ALL of my plumbing needs! And, I've already referred him to three of our neighbors!

One side note though. E-Z Flow is a Rooter and Plumbing company and an amazing one at that! They definitely took out and comprehensively hauled away all the trash and debris, they lined and taped the areas they would be walking on and even put plastic covers on the areas that would get a lot of dust! But what they are not is a housecleaning service, so don't expect them to leave your house spotless. LOL! You will have to deep clean after. But I'll take that any day for all the incredible work that they did! That's a no brainer! Can't thank you enough, E-Z Flow Rooter & Plumbing!

Was able to get in contact with this company through Yelp and they responded promptly with a very fair quote for the work that needed to be done. I was able to schedule the appointment online and they arrived within days of me reaching out. They went above and beyond not only fixing my problem but getting to the root of the issue and even showing me with their camera what the problem was in my drains. Very much appreciate the quick and efficient work from this company.

I had to do a whole toilet replacement and and angle stop and supply line. These guys were worked very fast with good quality service! They took off the old toilet, replaced the angle stop and supply line then installed a new toilet within just 1 hour ! Amazing job. I have a leak in the ceiling and will definitely be scheduling with them very soon for that!

We had some floor tiles and re-grouting done, which required the toilet to be removed. The tile guy did the removal, but he was not able to re-install the toilet properly because the flange/pipe was now above floor level. It was difficult to find someone to even look at the job or, if they did, they estimated the cost to repair would be hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Andy from E-Z Flow Rooter and Plumbing looked at the pictures I sent and then was willing to come out to see it in person. He came up with a method to try and gave me a very reasonable quote. He honestly wasn't sure if his idea would work or not, but he had a back-up plan if it didn't. He did the work the following day, as scheduled, and successfully trimmed the flange, secured the flange to the foundation (which apparently had not ever been done) and reset the toilet. His work was quick and clean. Really appreciated that he was willing to take on the challenge and not make the job more complicated and expensive than it needed to be. We will definitely call E-Z Flow the next time the is a plumbing need.

Andy came to the rescue!!! My son clogged the toilet with so much TP and poop. I called several plumbing company but no one was available the same day. I understand it was a Friday afternoon around 5pm when I called and others were not available until Monday because they were booked all weekend or business was closed. But Andy from EZ Flow came over around 730ish pm and unclogged that toilet for me. Pricing was reasonable as well. Thank you so much!

I can't say enough about how happy I am that we called Andy. His bid came in thousands below the plumbing company that I had been using before for smaller jobs, so I immediately canceled my monthly service with them and hired Andy for our repair. Andy was responsive and prompt. He finished the job within the promised time frame. It was a big job, so he showed up with a few other plumbers. There were no surprises in the end. He and his team put everything back and cleaned up the entire area. I am thrilled that we have found a good, responsible plumber for our aging but historic house.
