E&S Plumbing is the best! Our water heater stopped working- it ended up being completely corroded and needed to be replaced. The thing is, the water heater was located up in a tiny attic in an old garden-style Condo building. The only way up is a ladder and a small opening in the ceiling. It was a difficult process that Eddie and his team managed carefully and efficiently. We're super grateful for his communication with us throughout the process and his willingness to take care of a super inconvenient situation. Eddie and his team are awesome. My water heater broke on a Tuesday, leaving me, my wife, and my newborn baby without much needed hot water. Understanding the urgency of the situation, Eddie not only quickly located a replacement but also worked with my home warranty company to make sure they covered most of the cost. By Wednesday evening he completely replaced the heater with a new one, and we had hot water again. I could not recommend him more highly.

I had to use this company per my home warranty. I called 4x to get a technician to let them to contact my bf and not me because i would not be at home. I did not get a call until almost noon (past the original appt time) AND then they told me they were running late but they had my bf contact info. So why call me? why not call him? So disappointing.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Look at the comments about them not showing up! we set them up through warranty and they had a window from 1-5:00pm to come. They were supposed to call 30 minutes before. i got a call from a woman at 4:50 saying they have to move it. And the only reason she called was because I left a voicemail. If not they wouldn't show up. I will never use them and don't recommend anyone to use them. LOOK AT THE COMMENTS!!! If it happened to most of us, it'll happen ro you!!!!
