We have a recurring plumbing issue and over the years gave used 2 other companies. Both of which have less than 3 stars on Yelp. This guy spotted a problemn the other two should have seen during one of their many visits. Easy to schedule, prompt, nice, reasonable. I would try this company before any other in Flagstaff.

Our small tankless water heater stopped working. My friend Eric with Mammoth Restoration recommended I call April at E & S plumbing. April gave us amazing customer service and scheduled James to visit us ASAP per our schedule. James arrived promptly, checked our system and determined that the heating element reset had been tripped. He got our hot water running again in no time and made recommendations on how to order replacement elements and how to replace them myself when they inevitably fail. E & S charged us a reasonable fee for the visit. We will be calling April and James with our future plumbing questions and needs!

Our plumbing was backed up and needed sewer snaking. Water was overflowing our toilets and tubs. E & S Plumbing came out right away and cleared all blockages before 10am. Excellent service, I would highly recommend them.

We called E & S Plumbing on a Saturday and were told we would get a call for service on Monday. Sure enough we received a call that Monday morning and had a plumber at our place within an hour. Dan was very knowledgeable and courteous and readily met our needs. I would highly recommend E & S for plumbing needs.

They charge trough the roof. They will tell you approximately how much it would cost and when they do work on hourly basis they would take their own time and charge $105 and hour and $160 for OT. I will not hire them for any projects and I do not recommend them as they are here just to swindle money from customers.

Top notch. My checklist is quite short when I am looking for a plumber. First, are they responsive? I can't tell you how many times I have had a problem and how difficult it can be to get someone to answer their phone. E&S answered right away and they were able to help me same day. Second, are the any good? Well, they have been able to repair every problem I have had with my old home every time without having to ""wait for parts."" even with having an older home with older parts. Third, are they affordable? I have 15 properties that I manage and I have shopped many a plumber in my day these guys are by far the most consistant with their pricing. They may not always be the cheapest but in my experience sometimes it is well worth any extra cost to get it done right the first time. Take it from a property manager on this one they are the best. Thanks E&S for making my life easy.

I called a few other plumbing companies and everybody was full and could not take care of my issue for at least a week. E and S was able to come out in 2 days at the time that I needed. Our service man was Ryan, and he did a very good job. Was very professional and respectful and friendly. Most of all it was a tough project it took him about an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours to complete the job and the bill was only $142.00. I will be using these guys again.

What kind of holiday would it be without a plumbing disaster? Thanksgiving morning and we have all our downstairs toilets overflowing and sewage backed up in the tub. Had my wife call E&S while I was still freaking out, they came out within an hour and had us fixed up in no time, and at a very reasonable charge. Very professional and they gave me a lot of good advice on preventing similar problems and on maintaining our septic system. Highly recommended.
