First I want to say, thanks. We had leak in our water heater hose line, I tryed slow the water down myself, That's when you say to yourself, hey dumb ass, you are not a Plumber ( or it was my wife saying that to me, lol) But we called you guys, Ben came over, fixed the leak in great time. I had a hose bib that was leaking - not dripping - water was running out of it.  Last year I replaced the seals but that repair didn't last.
Called E&S and told them it wasn't an emergency (I stopped the water running by attaching a hose with a nozzle) so Ryan came out a few days later.

He looked at the bib and said it would have to be replaced and quoted me an all-inclusive price (trip/labor/part) that was reasonable.  The hose bib connected to the house plumbing under the house for freeze protection but it's fairly easy to get to (you can almost stand up under there).

Ryan was finished in about 30 minutes and everything checked out fine.
No complaints.

First trip to do job plumber was 1 & 1/2 hours late. Looked at job and made appointment to come back 6 days later. I was told on both occasions it was about a 4 hour job. Plumber was courteous but unprepared. Left twice to go get parts. Was told he would be done by noon. Left at 3:30. I missed 1 & 1/2 days of work to be here. I feel there should have been more honesty and be prepared with parts and tools to do job efficiently and in a timely manner.

I must say E & S Plumbing has come through twice for us now and we are very pleased. We called them today, January 5, 2020, at 8:05 AM and he showed up at 9:00 AM. The trip charge was only $25, not $200 like other plumbing companies charge, and Dan Etch was very helpful. The charge for the total plumbing rebuild of our one and only toilet was $182, all parts, labor, and trip included. We are seniors and this is not something we can do ourselves anymore (we can't get into the space). I do know that Dan had to let three of his plumbers go recently due to poor performance and they now work for a competitor, including the one in October evidently ... he takes responsibility for those workers so any bad reviews from them are probably accurate. The good thing is that the proprietor will take the work himself before keeping bad techs! We highly recommend E & S Plumbing and suggest that if you have a bad experience with a tech, let Dan Etch know right away to give him a chance to make it right.

My friend had a bathroom pipe plugged and called them. His bathroom was 22 feet from the main sewer line but yet the tech ran 132 feet of clean out line and charged him almost $250 to do it. He called the city the next day and they came right over and told him the tech ran his snake down the city main. What a rip off. Don't recommend this company in any way.

Driver was speeding and driving recklessly on the road! Window down cussing everyone in his way!

I do recommend and would use E & S Plumbing Services again.

I had a back up in all my toilets. Called E & S at 7:30 am and they sent a plumber out at 9 am that morning. Although I imagined the worst, the clog was caused by roots in the drain to the sewer in the street. It was easily resolved and very affordable. James was very professional, explained what he was doing and finished the job quickly.

You should probably stop reading reviews now and just call these folks. Great advice saved me a ton of money - and worked out even better than I expected. Showed up on time - and called on the way out. I truly appreciated E&S.

What a great company! Have used them a number of times for our mothers house. She has some dementia so we have to meet the plumber there, today was no exception to their awesome service. We had originally scheduled for Wednesday, but they called and moved us up to today. Logan called immediately and we met him there. What an awesome young man, extremely polite and COVID 19 aware. As this is the third time we have used them, we can now see that is a standard practice to be great.
