E&S Plumbing was sent out to address a home warranty claim I placed. They came during the estimated appointment time. I got an honest opinion from Ed Russell regarding my plumbing concerns. Ed was honest and clear regarding the issues my home did and did not have.

I've used E&S plumbing multiple times for several issues and they have been great each time. The main plumber and I believe business owner is Eddie and he usually has a helper with him. Eddie is very personable and easy to talk to. He is a straight shooter and tells it like it is...giving you an honest assessment of the problem without over charging or telling you to fix things that don't need to be fixed. The jobs I have used him for are: Once to install a dual valve under the sink to connect up a dishwasher, once to snake a drain and install a garbage disposal, and another time to fix a low water pressure shower head. For the shower head issue I thought it was going to be a larger issue but the shower head itself just ended up being clogged. Eddie charged me a nominal fee to fix the shower head since the it was an easy fix.

I would recommend Eddie and E&S plumbing for their work quality and fair pricing. For those people complaining about no responses it is a small operation so the response may not be as quick as a giant plumbing operation. I have never found it to be an issue and I feel I have received higher quality service with E&S than I would with a giant plumbing company.

I am assuming these positive reviews are paid or made by the family members of E&S plumbing because there is no way they're this highly rated. I had an emergency plumbing issue. I called my warranty company and they unfortunately connected me with E&S. E&S came to my home, said they needed time to write an estimate and hasn't called me back since, but my warranty said I'd have to pay $900. I've called E&S to ask them to explain what they found. I called no fewer than 4 times with no success. Unfortunately, the warranty company wouldn't switch to a competent provider so E&S slowed down my repair. I cant imagine a worse experience is possible. Please choose someone else and save yourself the trouble.

Our water heater kicked the bucket and the E&S team were quick to resolving the problem. I was very happy with their work installing the new one that runs great.

Had a straightforward job- replacing kitchen faucet- called and scheduled for a Friday afternoon. On that Friday, nobody showed up or called to notify they needed to reschedule. The next day, a guy randomly calls and says he's on the way to the job. I was glad for the follow-up but it was just lucky that I happened to be home on that day at that time.

Second time I called- another straightforward job (bathroom faucet leak)- scheduled for Friday afternoon between 2-6 pm. No call, no show again....it's now Tuesday and still nobody has returned my voicemail message from Friday afternoon asking them to confirm they would be there, as scheduled.

I took off from work to wait for them on both occasions - incredibly frustrating not to even get a phone call or acknowledgment of any kind. Unfortunately, I found them to be unreliable and unresponsive.

Eddie is fantastic - can't necessarily say the same for the administrative staff, but I'd recommend Eddie to anyone! He replaced our non-functioning hot water heater, went above and beyond, and was super helpful and kind. We'll call him for any future plumbing needs.

The team at E & S Plumbing was responsive, honest, knowledgeable and efficient. They provided ample notification ahead of their arrival and came well-equipped to assess and diagnose our water heater issues. The replacement part was ordered by E & S from our manufacturer quickly, allowing the work to be completed within 48 hours of the initial assessment. E&S Plumbing did an excellent job dealing with my backed up toilet. They ran 140ft through the pipes and determined it was a main sewer line clog. They contacted WSSC who came out to my house and cleared the blockage. Thanks to Ed for being so through and informative.

We had been without heat for over a month until Eddie came and quite literally saved the day. The HVAC company that came out twice before E&S broke a valve that fed water to our boiler. Eddie went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue, find a replacement part after calling several plumbing supply companies, and restored our heat all within a couple of hours. Thank you, E&S!
