E&S is one of the best plumbing services I have ever used. They came out and performed a free estimate. When it came to the scheduled date for them to come out they were prompt and got right to work. The fix was fast, he answered all my questions AND he even looked at my Furnace/AC in the same visit and gave me some good recommendations.

Job: Two leaky sinks that needed fixed. Lloyd took my call immediately and scheduled a meeting within two days. (It wasn't an emergency job.) He showed up 5 minutes EARLY and proceeded to check both sinks out. Before repairing them, he gave us an estimate which was exactly the bill when he was done.

Now here's the good part... After he finished the job, my wife and I told him about our son's desire to get into the HVAC trades upon completion of high school. Lloyd perked up and proceeded to give us all the info a parent could want to help their kid. This is a guy who loves being a plumber (and had HVAC experience, too).

I am disabled. This guy came to my house to give me a free estimate for a leaking shower repair. He charged me $45.00 for the free estimate, which he said he would refund and never did. After 4 weeks of runaround, I had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. $45.00 means a lot to someone disabled w\ no income. Just a common thief.

Mr. Emory came out from E&S Plumbing on a Saturday and I expected the work would be a bit more expensive. I needed a water pressure regulator put in. The Dallastown-Yoe water authority put in a new water meter and our water pressure regulator was not working. Our water pressure was over 100 psi. So we needed someone quick. Mr Emory did the work and it was done right. The job took just over an hour and it came to $347.40. That was more than I thought it would be. I looked up the valve at Home Depot and the valve cost about $68.00. So for a little over an hours work I figured the labor to be about $240.00 to $250.00 dollars an hour. My fault though I should of asked a price before he did the work.

quoted us a few hundred dollars cheaper than anyone else in our area and when he showed up and did the work, the price was even cheaper than what he quoted. really nice guy too!
