I will never use any other plumbing service but this one. EPH is honest, fast, and very good. I live off of social security and have paid out a fortune in plumbing bills. EPH came out to fix another mess and they did it much cheaper and faster than all the others. I appreciated their kindness.
Of all the services in Macomb, this one is number one.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They rip you off. They take forever to get done and dopn't come back for free after a poorly done job.

HORRIBLE!!! Called them to look at leaky pipes, they were at the hosue for 7 min said they said nothing is leaking, and tried to charge me $70! The water bill is double, and there is a leak that they DIDN'T find. I asked why I wasn't told about the ""service"" call charge when I asked if they could look at it, I got no answer. I should have looked at reviews before I called them. Do not call them if you want some thing to get done. I will never call and I will tell everyone it is in their best interest not to call them either!

One of the issues I face as a diner owner is who to call for service. You want it to be competent. but also fairly priced. After 4 years of service in Macomb, there is no one else I trust other than John, Travis, Mark, Tony, and Thomas at EPH. They have worked on every part of my restaurant from the grease traps, to my air conditioning system and they have always done excellent work. I don't get service from anyone else here in town either at my home or my Diner.
