With 21 years of experience in both residential and commercial HVAC and 25 years in general construction, I lead our team with confidence. We are proud of our personal commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering quality materials and craftsmanship on every task.

We handle gas, electric, and propane furnaces, heat pumps, humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, UV lights, central air systems, hot and steam boilers, hot water tanks, tankless water heaters, and kitchen and bathroom remodels. Our team is equipped to handle full home remodeling projects. Our services include handling insurance work and correcting code violations.

Starting at 18 as a laborer, I pursued carpentry training at Great Lakes Tech. I worked with several companies as a lead carpenter before starting my own general contracting business for eight years. Next, I enrolled in Lorain JVS for HVAC technician training. I began my HVAC career with new construction installations and progressed to residential and commercial service technician roles, eventually becoming a lead technician. In 2007, I founded E & M HVAC Inc. to provide quality service at fair prices for my customers.
