our new (new to us) house on Merritt island had a blocked sink up came mud, bark and general yuck. I began calling plumbers only to be told they were too busy and it would be a week or more before someone could come out. Brandon from Space Coast Pools (awesome business) said to try Coggin. I called and was given an appt. for today (they had a cancellation!!!) with Michael. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME Michael was amazing showed up fixed the drain issue, found a gas leak, fixed that and wrote me up a proposal for some remodeling I need. Michael wore a mask, shoe covers and gloves and cleaned up everything he worked on. I have never been so impressed as I am with Michael and EK Coggin Plumbing - outstanding service every step of the way. I recommend EK Coggin and especially Michael to my friends and children and anyone in need of an honest company who will take the time to do the best job possible. Two of our bathrooms were flooding. I tried snaking the toilets and from the vent with no luck. I called Coggin the earliest date was two days away. Their tech (Joey Tarasavage) gave me a few ideas to try in order to save a trip (and money). I tried his ideas and it didn't work. I called a day later to see if I could be put on the list in case they had a cancellation. Thirty minutes later, they had one and the tech was on his way to my house. It was Joey, and he was the nicest young man. He quickly assessed the problem, snaked the drain all the way to the city sewer line, and tested that everything worked. Joey was very professional and very helpful. Not only would I use Coggin again, I would ask for Joey.

Had out of town family coming in when masterbath roman tub hot water faucet went on the fritz. Great initial advise and then service to get it installed in a timely fashion. Work was quick, clean, and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely superb service. Called in the morning and they came out precisely the time they said they would come out. The plumber was Michael H. and he was excellent. I went looking for a plumber to unclog my kitchen sink and only considered the most highly rated plumbers here on Yelp. This one was rated the highest, which made me a little suspicious but I was desperate to get this job done so I scheduled service. I have to say that the high ratings are accurate. I am very glad I selected this company. Probably the best plumbing experience I've had for this issue. The price was fair too. My kitchen drain will clog up about every 2 to 3 years so I have to call someone to snake it out. I will use this company for any future plumbing needs.

Our water heater went out in the wee hours of the morning on Mother's Day/Monday. I called E. K. Coggin as soon as it was discovered and scheduled an appointment for a replacement. The office staff was very helpful and I received a call back from Curtis (technician) within minutes. Curtis did an amazing job replacing the water heater, the workmanship is second to none. Always friendly, professional, and neat. This is the second time we've had E K Coggin out (the other was for a main water valve) and this is the ONLY plumber we will ever use. I'm going to photo copy their card and hand it out to everyone we work with. Simply the best in Brevard!

Coggin was one of several plumbers I called to get an estimate to repair some leaking toilets in my rental property. They were very responsive and understanding working with our tenant for scheduling. After the service call they provided a thorough review and recommendation of the repairs to be made, and I felt, were honest about what needed to be done, when compared to other plumbers. So I ended up going with them to get the repairs done. They also provided photos after the work was finished. I felt like they did a great job and were honest and aboveboard. Highly recommend.

This is a """"shout out"""" to Jack and the """"Tattoo Crew"""" at E K Coggin. My water heater failed last Sunday morning. I left a message with E K Coggin and a technician returned my call within minutes. I explained the issue and scheduled the earliest available appointment for Tuesday. The technicians arrived fifteen minutes early wearing masks. They were professional and knowledgeable and completed the installation of the water heaters in a timely and efficient manner. And when we discovered a leak in the area after the work was done; the same team quickly returned and corrected the problem. We are extremely happy with the service, and the product. I highly recommend E K Coggin.

We had a pipe leak under our kitchen slab. My husband broke out the tile floor and cement slab to make a 16"""" x 12"""" hole to make the small pipe replacement easier for the plumber when they arrived. E K Coggin Plumbing wanted $550.00 to replace the leaking pipe with a 3/4"""" straight connector copper pipe piece!! My husband called their office thinking the plumber they sent must be mistaken about the price but they said that was the correct price quote even though they did not have to remove the flooring to get to the exposed pipe. Have used them in the past but will no longer be a customer as we feel this is an exorbitant price to pay for a very short piece of pipe.
