Our water heater went out in the wee hours of the morning on Mother's Day/Monday. I called E. K. Coggin as soon as it was discovered and scheduled an appointment for a replacement. The office staff was very helpful and I received a call back from Curtis (technician) within minutes. Curtis did an amazing job replacing the water heater, the workmanship is second to none. Always friendly, professional, and neat. This is the second time we've had E K Coggin out (the other was for a main water valve) and this is the ONLY plumber we will ever use. I'm going to photo copy their card and hand it out to everyone we work with. Simply the best in Brevard!

Coggin was one of several plumbers I called to get an estimate to repair some leaking toilets in my rental property. They were very responsive and understanding working with our tenant for scheduling. After the service call they provided a thorough review and recommendation of the repairs to be made, and I felt, were honest about what needed to be done, when compared to other plumbers. So I ended up going with them to get the repairs done. They also provided photos after the work was finished. I felt like they did a great job and were honest and aboveboard. Highly recommend.

This is a """"shout out"""" to Jack and the """"Tattoo Crew"""" at E K Coggin. My water heater failed last Sunday morning. I left a message with E K Coggin and a technician returned my call within minutes. I explained the issue and scheduled the earliest available appointment for Tuesday. The technicians arrived fifteen minutes early wearing masks. They were professional and knowledgeable and completed the installation of the water heaters in a timely and efficient manner. And when we discovered a leak in the area after the work was done; the same team quickly returned and corrected the problem. We are extremely happy with the service, and the product. I highly recommend E K Coggin.

We had a pipe leak under our kitchen slab. My husband broke out the tile floor and cement slab to make a 16"""" x 12"""" hole to make the small pipe replacement easier for the plumber when they arrived. E K Coggin Plumbing wanted $550.00 to replace the leaking pipe with a 3/4"""" straight connector copper pipe piece!! My husband called their office thinking the plumber they sent must be mistaken about the price but they said that was the correct price quote even though they did not have to remove the flooring to get to the exposed pipe. Have used them in the past but will no longer be a customer as we feel this is an exorbitant price to pay for a very short piece of pipe.

No response from these people after two days so I called them back and they were supposed to call me back and make a appointment on Monday and they Never did after another attempt I was told to call the office !! I told them I would go elsewhere ... Typical Brevard County work ethics !!!

Has a problem with toilet overflow/drainage and contacted Coggin. Tech arrived on time and promptly got to work. Problem was fixed in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this place and I will use them again if I have a plumbing issue. Update: Same problem happened again and I was so mad I called Coggin because I thought they did a bad job. They sent a different tech this time. An individual named Roger who did his best to find the line from the house to the sewer. Problem slowly solved itself but Roger let me know he would find the line the next time the problem returns. No charge for his hard work. Excellent company. I will call Roger when the problem comes back.

Excellent service. As soon as I called the receptionist that answered was very professional and courteous. They had a service technician come out to my house and arrive within an hour of my call to evaluate and provide me a quote. The technician was also extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will be sticking with E K Coggin for all of my plumbing needs.

I've never had a better experience with any company that I did tonight during emergency hours when Rodger came and saved the day!! It appeared my dishwasher was causing minor flooding in my kitchen when it wasn't running and I had only tried to unclog my garbage disposal before this occurred a few hours later. Rodger not only did the work, but he explained what he was doing along the way which makes me more knowledgeable as a first time home owner! I will now never go to another plumber. I even saved their number in my contacts with a (Ask for Rodger). I'm insanely impressed and trust me when I tell you to pick this company. You won't regret it!
