I called for an estimate in January 2022 on a simple back-flow valve installation and they promptly provided one. It seemed exorbitant, but I needed this done and was willing to pay. I am still waiting and have called several times and they assured me each time they would be here before the end of the week. It is now almost July. I cannot recommend this company.

these guys lied about a load calculation and used way too much flex. this heater is oversized 200 percent and in the winter months i can still see my breath some nights inside my home. they do not honor their warranty.

I am very disappointed with this company! And to think they came so highly recommended. We called on Monday July 1st and ask them to come look at our unit, which is still well under warranty. They said they'd call us back with a time they could be there. We called again on Friday July 5th after not hearing from them, to be told we were on a ""list"". Called again Tuesday July 9th, and was told again they'd call us the next morning to tell us when they'd be there. Called again late afternoon of Wednesday July 10th, was told we were "" out of their area""! Why couldn't they have told us this the first time and saved us a week and a half of very hot temperatures in the house. And by the way, Cross Lanes to Leon is not that far. I Pastor two churches and work two other jobs dealing with people and I hope to never do others the way this company has done my family and myself. I don't usually post negative reviews, However I feel others need to know this before their time is wasted also. To those that are enduring the heat with us, God Bless!

I had to replace my gas hot water tank and needed a shorter hot water gas tank because my vent was going up, then down and then up. Carbon monoxide danger. So I said I want to keep my hot water tank ""gas"", can I purchase a smaller gas tank that will be shorter? They called ""Gary"" and he gave them the measurements for the 40 gallon gas hot water tank replacement. Well, Gary gave them the measurements and lo and behold....the tank was still not going to be short enough so that the vent would be going in a ""upward"" position. Well, that meant I had to go to an electric hot water tank which I did not want, personally. I then go online that evening, look at the 40 gallon gas hot water tanks and guess what? The specs I got were only 51 1/2 inches, I did the measuring and lo and behold....I could have purchased a 40 gallon gas hot water tank (same brand that they installed) and had my ""gas"" hot water tank. No I do not recommend them. My total bill came to $1,015.00 and they estimated $1025.00. Bless their hearts, only $10.00 less from the original estimate. I called today and was told that the total cost of a hot water tank and the labor usually ran from $950.00 to $980.00, but mine was a little more. I still think the labor amount to replace a hot water tank from them is way, way too high. They are too expensive and I was not pleased with the outcome of the results.
