BEWARE, your service call will be billed from the time the tech leaves his last job until he leaves your house. Mine took 30 min to drive from Hummelstown to Lebanon, then 15 min to check my air conditioner, waited 1 hr for a UV flashlight to arrive (even though I informed them of the leak agent on the phone) and then charged me for 2 hours of ""service"". $150 later he left with my air and furnace not working at all, even though they worked before he got there.
