My kitchen sink was clogged on both sides. Called Eric on Saturday. They came right out. Roger was very nice and professional. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you Eric & Roger!

Very rude plumber. Had a go at my partner and I for not clearing out one of the rooms so he could switch something off. We told him we didn't know and he was very bothered by that. He left our bathroom a mess. Didn't tidy up after himself. Didn't explain what the problem was clearly. He should not leave his mess for us to tidy up. I'm not working with him, so I shouldn't have to be his cleaner. He raced off when finished. Opening our flat door to leave crushing our valuables that were near the door. I wouldn't recommend this company. I'm disgusted.

Worst plumbing company in Hemet! John agreed to come out and fix a water spout on a day where business was slow (as he needed to turn the water off). Did not show! Did not call. I called him no answer. He comes the next day when it's busy and says he had another call for the planned day. Very unprofessional. Very lazy. DO NOT COUNT ON THEM.

So happy that a friend recommended E&G Plumbing. Called as I was having problem with the garbage disposal. Eric came out the next day (my request). I was so worried as it is right before Christmas & my tags on my car is due the next month. He checked it out. Took a little wrench and unfroze it. I was so delighted. He is very kind and professional. You can't go wrong with this Company. Honest, good people. Who knows, someone else might have sold me the disposal. I wouldn't have known the difference. Thank you Eric for your great service and thanks for the little wrench. P.S. Stephanie is wonderful with your customers when they call. Nice to be greeted with a friendly & helpful person. I would highly recommend & refer anyone to this Company.

Roger came to our door, handed me a package said he was surprised that no one rang our door bell. He also said that they should not be left here cuz they would be gone. And he said for me to open up the garage door. He First Never said Hi I'm so and so from the company's name. If I was not waiting for someone so show up here today, I would have chewed he out and never open the garage door for him and also I would let the cops know what's going on and how he looked like. Someone in the company need to have a good talking to him. Also when I handed him my credit card for the service call. He sign my name down somewhere and I never seen where or what he wrote sign my name down on or at. The receipt that I got Don't have my signature. Watch out for this guy and company.

Had a major issue with our plumbing!! Rodger came out right on time! Cleared our line was very nice! Great customer service! He even put in a call to have the water pumped out of our basement!! Would recommend to my family and friends!! I will definitely be calling them back again!!! Thanks so much E&G plumbing!!!!

Happened to see their service truck in my neighborhood and asked for immediate help. The technician came right over. I called them later for a bigger job and was delighted to find that the one time nice experience wasn't a fluke! They did terrific work and at a very reasonable price.
I am in La Quinta and they are in Hemet but seemed happy to come over.
Local plumbers watch out! There is a great firm in Hemet that is doing a better job all the way around.
