Just had the best service ever from E&E technician Steven.
We have had issues since we had the house built in 2019. Steven was able to fix all issues with recommendations to improve the HAVC system. We are locked and loaded with this company for the future!!

Visit one, he spent the time there complaining about how he had no help, mansplaining 101 plumbing terms AFTER I told him I did most of the repairs in the house, and leaving trash in the yard. $700.00, but the came next day, so I expected it to be high. After the problem wasn't fixing on that first visit, I made sure my husband was there so I didn't have to be talked to like a child. He did the exact same thing to clear the plumbing, then tried to charge us another 395.00, even though there is a 365 day warranty ON THE RECEIPT. He again left trash in my yard. Avoid these people. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

Came home from vacation on a Saturday, and found a water leak from our 2nd floor laundry. Dave from E&E came out within an hour, diagnosed the bad crimp ring on the shutoff valve for the utility tub, and was able to replace the valve without issue. Problem solved.

We built a house and have been living in it for exactly 1 year. Technically we had to wait a couple more days after moving in because the first day we moved in the AC Unit that E&E installed blew up, 6 months later they had to come back out and fix it again. Not too long after we moved in our bathroom flooded because they did not connect the jet tub correctly. Shortly after that our sink started leaking. They came out to fix it, told me it was taken care of and the next day it leaked again. They came out again to fix it, told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I then explained to them when we wash our hands it leaks. I then left the bath room and heard them discussing what to do and the technician stated that ""I don't know who did this but they screwed it up"". To be clear E&E has been the only company that has worked on our house at this point. Fortunately they were able to fix it after that. The final straw and the only reason I am writing this review is they came out 2 weeks ago to check our washer and dryer hook up. I used it today for the first time and there was no water going into the washer. I then called them and they sent out a person. The person saw where that the water was not turned on told me it was not turned on but because the water worked after he turned it back on that he would have to charge $100.00 for the trip charge for something they forgot to do the last time they were at our house. I would not recommend this company to anyone and based on the reviews that I looked at before i wrote this it looks like no one else would recommend this company either. I have never actually posted a review and I am sure nothing will come from this but if I can steer anyone away from this company then I feel like I helped save them a lot of headache and money.

We love E&E! John and his entire team are the most professional contractors we have worked with in the area (and we have worked with quite a few different companies). They always find time to fit our projects into their busy schedule. Fair pricing. Communication on a massive project while I was 3,000 miles away went smoothly and I trusted them with my place when I was cross country. Highly recommended! Great work and always great follow-through with details after the job is complete.

I didn't have problem with the technician as I did with the ""manager of the technicians"". She is rude & abrasive, speaks over you, she doesn't listen, she misconstrues what you have said & tells you they are doing you a favor making repairs & why didn't call the initial installers to do the work. I certain will do that next time & I will tell everyone I know just what a harassment I went through. She also told me she put in a $400.00 toilet to replace the one her technicians broke. That's a really good toilet at $400, & now it doesn't even flush the paper down, let alone wash my behind. I think they add an extra zero & move the decimal point over. Outrageously over priced & how would you know until they tell you what your bill is.
Unreal people.......with this day & age of reviews & social media rudeness doesn't make much sense. Wish I would have read the reviews before calling them. Yes, they are a rip off & they are a real joke calling themselves a ""business"". Karma.

My parents are 86 and I help them all the time. The heat stopped working during this brutal cold snap and I went to check out what the problem was. The inducer exhaust fan bearings froze up and the stopped turning so the furnace wouldn't run. I told my parents that I could fix it but would have to locate the part. They didn't want to wait for it so they called E&E plumbing and heating. The service tech shows up the next morning at 8 am with the part I told them was the problem. The service tech told them it would be $904.00. I asked my parents to call me with the price but they didn't until after the work was done. At 9 am E&E was finished and gone. That part cost $93.00 on amazon.com and took just under and hour to replace. It's like a couple of screws and some sensors and so easy a 4th grader could do it. I was furious when I found out what transpired and took the old part and the bill to E&E's office and requested a breakdown of parts and labor on the bill and they said, ""That's the price we charge out of our book"". I insisted that I wanted a breakdown and was told to get out of the building. This receptionist was rude and abrasive. This is a case of elder abuse and price gouging. They even had the nerve to charge $100 for diagnosis, really? Avoid this business like the plague. They will rip you off!!!!
