BEWARE! i wish i had a positive review but this company was so unprofessional, they came to my home to fix a clogged drain, when they fixed it not only did they leave a mess, but a few days later the same issue happened, the pipe broke and came to realize they used duck tape to fix the issue, they charged a premium price and they also took all the materials i purchased, ive been calling them ever since and im getting ignored! BEWARE

We were very satisfied with E-Drains service. Our main line was recently snaked by a different plumber. After viewing the drain later during a pipe inspection, we realized we would need further work done or it would most likely clog again. We therefore scheduled a free hydrojetting quote from E-Drains

We are so glad we did! When the technician Edy was starting to open the trap to insert the camera it started leaking. Turns out the main line already clogged again after a little over a month! We can't tell you how relieved we were that Edy was here to help us fix the problem immediately. His calm, friendly demeanor made a stressful situation so much better. He was very accommodating, rearranging his schedule to make sure he addressed our issue right away. He even took an extra step to disinfect the areas where some sewage leaked a bit into our yard and under our house. Overall, they provided really good service at a reasonable price.

Came by very quickly after I requested an estimate for a semi-emergency. Was the first to arrive which I really appreciated. Very polite and nice young gentleman. Would have gone with them as his bid was also reasonable, unfortunately timing was of the essence and he couldn't start the actual work right away and another service could and time was of the essence. Otherwise I would have totally used e-drains. By the way they do more than drains so don't let the name fool you. On my call list for next time for sure!

Eddie diagnosed our plumbing issue within seconds. He and his team used hydro jets to break up a huge block in our pipes and hydro jetted all the other pipes in our house as well. Price was mid to low end of the going rate for hydro jetting. The blockage was tougher to remove than expected, but Eddie did it all with patience and a smile on his face. Highly recommend E-Drains!
