I just had a totally clogged kitchen drain. Monika C. responded quickly and we set up an appointment between 10 and 12. The guys called at 11 , showed up a few minutes later and got to work.
Edy and Joe were personable and professional. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again.

It is hard to get good customer service and quality work these days but not with E-Drains. Found them on Yelp and between the companies who responded to my request for main drain issues, they were more communicative and up front with pricing which was fair. One they arrived, Eddie & Joel were very professional and communicated well during the entire process. Hopefully won't have any issues again but if i do, will def reach out to them. Thank you!

If I can leave a zero star, I would. Not only was he but 3 hours late, I tried to explain to the guy he had to go in the trap door between the apartment, he ignored me. Since it wasn't a quick fix, got up and left. The guy that came had an attitude. It is worse than it was before he started. could not only were they 3 hours late, but the guy who came had an attitude. It is worser it was before he started. It is worse than it was before he started.

Got a message right away. They had Eddy come and see the situation and gave me a quote, he gave me a discount for that quote. He and another worker came back in a couple of hours and fixed the needed repairs. Great job.

+++SCAM++SCAM++SCAM++Baird Drain Service A.K.A.: E-Drains Inc. was recommended to my by a person that has commercial apartment. SCAM: under no circumstances employ these scavengers to clean a stopped drain. As noted with all of the ratings as, ""1,"" if there was a lower rating, I would give them a ""0"". They took advantage of my 91 year old Mother. Shame on them.
Rationale:
1) They try to up sell, meaning that they want to do a procedure called, ""hydrojet."" Supposidly, they did this for an extra $250.00.
2) They do not back up their work. I was told that my mom would have a year's guarantee for the $339.00 drain cleaning plus hydrojet. Yesterday, mom had the same drain clogged that supposidly had a hydrojet procedure three months ago. They refused.
3) No ethics--they lied about the guananteed, won't back up their work, and no sense of pride in their work.

Caution! I called this company thinking that they were George Baird Drain Services. There are NOT the same companies. We had seepage coming out of the outside clean-out. I called the company and they quoted $125 to snake the pipe (which we have had done before in the past due to roots in the cast-iron pipe). It was $75 from another company. We needed this done ASAP as it was day 3 of needing a plumber to come out. When the plumber (Edy) got here, he put a camera in the pipe and then proceeds to tell me that he can't put a heavy duty snake in there due to the clay pipe. As I didn't know any better, I took his word for it. He then quoted $5,200 to come out and dig up and replace the cast-iron pipe. I couldn't make that decision as I rent so I passed that information onto my landlord. Edy then tells me it's $150 for what he just did (camera and maybe a snake??). At this point there is a lot going on and I didn't have a B.S. radar on. Edy also left the sewage in the clean-out area which previous plumbers have always flushed out.

Another plumber from a different company came out and snaked the pipe and took care of the issue for us. And he hit resistance which makes me suspect that Edy didn't even snake the pipe at all since it was only hours later. The pipe that needed to be snaked was cast-iron and the ""clay"" pipe Edy mentioned is the city's pipe which is under the sidewalk which was not the issue in the first place. The way Edy presented it was that he couldn't use a heavy-duty snake because the whole pipe was clay when all he really needed to do was snake the cast-iron portion. He was young, friendly and personable and I just took his word for it. I ended up talking to George Baird Drains later that day and they let me know that Baird Drain Services has taken their name to portray themselves as George Baird and get their clients by people assuming they are the same. The receipt that Baird Drain gave me said E-Drains so I'm not sure what that is about either. Hindsight is 20-20 so I won't be making this mistake again. Hopefully this will help others to avoid them.

I have used E-Drains twice this year. The first time, both my husband and I were out of town. My mother in law, who was watching our kids informed use that all the drains were backing up. E-Drains was able to give me a quote for hydro jetting, over our chat and meet me right when I got back in town. I was given a 1 year warranty, which was honored last night when I had a problem with my shower drains. I contacted them via chat on Yelp around 6:15 pm and Willy came out around 7:00 and took care of the problem! What a life saver!
