They are horrible. They are pretending to be George Baird's plumbing, They are banking on unsuspecting long time customers of the original George Bairds. I called today and booked an An appointment for them to go clean a drain at one of my apartment buildings. They gave me a time from 2 to 5. No one showed up, I called back and they said they were running late and now it would cost double or triple to have them clean the drain because it's after hours. Even though I had an appointment from 2 to 5. When I said that they had never done that before and I've been doing business with them for 20 years they Just played dumb. Do not go to this company, they are banking off 20 years of great work by the original company.
Thankfully I remembered that George Bairds was a 619 phone number. These people are scammers and snakes. Do not go to them

I LOOOOOVE E-Drains! I was so happy that they came to the rescue! My house had a sewer smell in the hallway and I called E-Drains and they came same day and within the hour Ahmad, our plumber from E-Drains knew how to solve the issue right away and took care of it. Worst customer service in the world!! Old lady that takes calls is the rudest lady in the world!! Our sink backed up in kitchen-
Called on Monday to get them to come out, we will call you back between 9 -10 to schedule. No call back. Call later that day to schedule for Tuesday morning, we will call you when you can schedule you. No call again!! I call on Tuesday evening to schedule, I explain that my wife and I work ,no one will be home after - o'clock till - o'clock because we have to work. "" Well we see if we can fit you in next week!
Who wants to live with a broken sink for a week!! Called SCHENEMAN PLUMBING they came out with in a hour!!
So if you want to deal with somebody that is rude and have to wait a week or so go ahead and use George Baird. Not worth the Hassle!!

E-Drains was able to come same day and help us with a clogged kitchen drain that we needed fixed. We were leaving the next day and I needed repaired before our house sitters arrived. They were very helpful at getting us in same day, kept us updated on arrival times and were friendly. I will definitely call them again next time we have an issue.

Be Aware of this Company! They have the worst Customer Service- Front desk lady by the name of Linda is extremely rude. I have Homeowners Warranty of America and they are the ones that sent this company for my plumbing issues, after 3 trips, and 3 No shows- (unprofessional and inconsiderate of others' time) they only fixed half the issue and expect to be paid in Full. I still had to get another plumber to fix my issue. Dealing with this Company has been a nightmare. The technicians made a complete mess in my bathroom due to not knowing how to turn Off water from the main water system. Would not recommend. I have also reported them to the BBB. As this is not the way to do business.

We had a stop gap valve replaced, and a water line added to our new refrigerator. The tech was quick after running out to purchase parts, and we had zero issues with any leakage. This service is well worth a call. And we will use them in the future.

Fantastic company!
Gave us bid over yelp to replace our old toilet and add a Bidet seat, and was exactly the cost when they finished.
They were on time, professional, cleaned up after work was complete, hauled away the old when job was done and work was done in a very timely manner!
Would highly recommend this company and will use them again!
Fabulous company, they will take care of all our plumbing needs from now on!

Although we knew it was coming when we bought the house, it still wasn't great news to find out that we had to get our entire cast iron main line replaced. However, working with Ahmad at E-Drains made the process as pleasant as possible. He was able to do the whole job incredibly efficiently with minimal impact on our day-to-day life. I'm also very impressed by how wonderfully his team was able to put all of our landscaping back after digging up our front yard--it looks as good as new! Definitely recommend working with Ahmad and the E-Drains team, especially if you have to do a cast iron replacement!

After having sewage drains replaced, we did not want to go through the trouble of having pipe issues ever again. Our plumbing pipes were likely over 40-50 years old and we asked E-drains to evaluate . Ahmad came over and did a thorough consultation. He used a camera to show us what we were working with. Our pipes were a ticking time bomb, rusted, with corroded joints and could likely spring a leak at any time.

Ahmad was able to start with the prep work to get the job done right away. He estimated it would be a 2 day job. He showed up bright and early, and worked all day long under the very small crawlspace of our house. He was kind, pleasant, and very sweet despite being under a crawlspace all day long.

He could see it was hectic in our house with a newborn, 2 small children, and out of town family visitors. He hustled like crazy and was able to get the 2 day job done in 1 day. He was so awesome and I would highly recommend him for any pipe/plumbing needs.
