I agree with Mary E. Dated 11/20/2024 100%. I called a company named Baird plumbing . They were posing as this company and when they arrived they introduced themselves as Baird Plumbing only to find out when they asked for payment It was not Baird Plumbing at all it was E-Drains. They were called to just snake a clogged drain, which the drain outlet was on the same wall as cleanout drain, about six inches below clogged drain. They did not even make any kind of effort to try and unclog the drain. They just started to tell me that they needed to pull up my hardwood floors and jack hammer my foundation. When they told me that the work for that day was $125.00 I was shocked because in the past it only cost $40.00. That is when I found out that they were E-Drains who specializing in ripping apart your house for a simple fix. I had the Baird plumbing that I thought I was calling and they came out the next day, snaked my drain for $40.00 and I have not had a problem since 10/3/2024. I strongly encourage other to NOT use this company. I will also file a complaint to the BBB and CA state Contractors Board.

Exceptional Plumbing Service with Edy from E-Drains!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Edy from E-Drains! From start to finish, Edy was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was dealing with a clogged smelly drain that had been causing me endless headaches, and Edy came to the rescue with a level of expertise that immediately put me at ease.

What impressed me most was Edy's attention to detail and willingness to explain the issue and solution clearly. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to both their craft and their customer's satisfaction.

Edy has helped me with several other plumbing problems over the last year and each job was handled meticulously well! I am very impressed with him.

Very unscrupulous business - BUYER BEWARE! Eddie, the tech, charged me $550 for a simple drain snaking and video of my main line. He quoted almost $12K to replace my main line and claimed that he would work with the City because they had to dig up the alley. He then called me several times that day to pressure me into making up my mind. I contacted 2 other reputable licensed businesses, both of whom did the camera work for free and their quotes were under $6K. Further, both companies and my licensed general contractor said the work did not require digging in the alley and that E-Drains was trying to take advantage of me. I'm out almost $600 and disgusted by Eddie and E-Drains attempt to con an older female. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and CA State Contractors Board and strongly encourage others to NOT use this company.

Wrong company than expected! George Baird drain service (619) 462-8229 I've been using since the 90s highly skilled and incredibly fair.
Baird drain service is a completely different co. Charges double over average. George is even less & always quality work. don't be fooled.

I found e-drains on yelp because of the reviews and I am very pleased with their work. Eddy was flexible with timing and able to get me in around my schedule. They identified and fixed the problem quickly. Eddy and his side kick were professional, they cleaned up after themselves and were friendly, I will definitely use them again in the future.

They did a great job on my house. I had a leaking pipe and they suggested opening the outer part of my home. I was initially anxious but was quickly put at ease. The finished product was as if nothing had happened. Hilario and Rey did an amazing job!! They were also able to patch up the dry wall from a plumber that came before them but couldn't locate the leak.
I hope that I never have a leaking pipe again. But if I do, E-Drains will be my first and only company to fix the problem!
