Company Overview

E.D. Rowand & Son is a completely certified plumbing and heating company that specializes in all types of piping and heating repairs, including bathroom renovations and emergency services such as HVAC installations and repairs. We provide services for both home and industrial properties. Established in 1930, we aim to uphold a legacy of outstanding service and workmanship. Our services are second to none and, most importantly, reasonably priced.

Ernest D. Rowand started the business during a period when many enterprises were closing due to the Great Depression. He dedicated his efforts to instill dedication in all his employees, creating a trustworthy company with values that remain today.

Two decades later, Alfred Christensen became part of E.D. Rowand & Son Plumbing and Heating. He began to learn the craft of the trade. After twenty years of guidance under Mr. Rowand, the responsibility was passed to Christensen, making him the subsequent proud owner.

Christensen utilized his knowledge and skills to mentor his successor, Henry Benitez. Benitez gained the essentials of plumbing, home improvement, and customer service, which molded his strong work ethic and customer relations skills. When Christensen felt that Benitez was ready, he handed over the business to him, making Benitez the new proud owner!

Now, over 80 years since E.D. Rowand & Son Mechanical began operations, the company is family-owned. Henry has brought in his wife Donna and daughter Christine to the team. Together with the rest of the E.D. Rowand family, they continue uphold the legacy of offering outstanding customer service and top-notch workmanship. Their efforts are second to none and, most importantly, reasonably priced.
