Jason, who once served as the Managing Editor of Drinking Water & Backflow Prevention magazine, has extensive experience. Since 2000, Mr. Everts has been an Assistant Instructor for the Backflow Prevention Institute (BPI) and is now an exam proctor.

Mr. Everts previously held certification from the State of Colorado (CO) before the program transitioned, and he currently possesses ASSE certifications. He now holds both ASSE tester and exam proctor certifications.

Jason, a Founder and the President of E-Backflow, saw a gap in the market for affordable options against the high rates of plumbing companies and testing firms in the Denver Metro area. In 1999, Mr. and Mrs. Everts founded CCS Inc. (Cross-Connection Services). Now, under the name E-Backflow, they continue to lead the charge in reducing backflow testing costs.
