Jason, previously the Managing Editor of Drinking Water & Backflow Prevention magazine, offers significant knowledge. Since 2000, Mr. Everts has been an Assistant Instructor for the Backflow Prevention Institute (BPI) and is now an exam proctor.

Mr. Everts was certified by the State of Colorado (CO) before the state program changed, and he now holds certifications from the American Society of Sanitary Engineering (ASSE). He is certified as an ASSE tester and as an exam proctor.

Jason, a Founder and the President of E-Backflow, saw a gap in the market for affordable options against the high rates of plumbing companies and testing firms in the Denver Metro area. Mr. and Mrs. Everts launched CCS Inc. (Cross-Connection Services) in 1999. Now, under the name E-Backflow, they continue to lead the charge in reducing backflow testing costs.
