If you are looking for plumbing services in the Tallahassee/Leon County area, I put all my confidence and support behind the incredible family-owned team at EB Plumbing! After having been burned by some other businesses in town, I feel like I won the lottery connecting with them. From the moment I spoke to the wife of the husband/wife team running this fabulous company, I knew I was in good hands. She explained the pricing structure to me before even scheduling and were very upfront with how they operate and approach a job. They take such care to listen to customers, empathize, understand the issue, and are so patient in also walking me through exactly what they were going to do, why, and explaining how/why things happened or how they worked, which I so appreciated and they did not have to do. Estrado and Junior were the ones who came to my home for the plumbing issue, and not only were they incredibly friendly, but incredibly knowledgable, fast, intentional with what they do, and really are the best hidden gem in Tallahassee. They took so much care to try to minimize any massive work they would need to do, even checking first through the attic and banging on the pipe to hear the vibration in the wall of the bathroom to know exactly where to cut, and I am just so impressed with how focused on minimizing those issues for me as a customer they were. They also went above and beyond to put an access point in so that if/when a similar blockage issue happens, it will be much less intensive, time consuming, and difficult to ever address a similar issue in the future, which no one else has ever even suggested in the past and I so appreciate. They were tidy, kind, friendly, and most importantly, got the job done in a way no one else I had consulted with or attempted to work with could. I will only ever call them moving forward, and have already recommended them to two friends, and am looking forward to singing their praises to everyone I know. If you need any plumbing services, do yourself the biggest favor and call EB Plumbing, you will not be disappointed and will never want to work with anyone else again! We are so lucky to have a family owned business like this in our area, call them!

EB Plumbing took care of a problem that another company failed to do. Had a different company come out twice only for the man to """"mansplain"""" to me how sink drains work. Tried convincing me I was just ignorant on how powerful Florida water pressure is compared to Michigan. EB Plumbing came out, showed me the problem and took care of it. I will be using this company for future needs as well as sharing his information with others.

E B Plumbing LLC saved the day after another plumbing company was dispatched by my home warranty company (First American) failed to fix the problem and refused to come back in a timely fashion. Not only is Estrado from E B Plumbing LLC competent at what he does, but he is also personable and owns his business where customer service and quality are the tenets he abides by. Our issue involved a leaking toilet that kept running, thus filling up our septic tank. The previous plumbers only fixed the flapper and Estrado noted the level in the tank was set incorrectly. He stayed around for 20 minutes to ensure the quality of his work and remedy the issue. Should I have any plumbing issues moving forward, E B Plumbing LLC is a company I will not hesitate to employ!
