I scheduled an appointment (on a Monday, using my wife's phone) with Dyson to come out and clear a clogged sewage line. Set the appointment for the following Wednesday between 10am and 1pm. (earliest appointment possible). They said that we would receive a courtesy call before anyone arrives. We had that hard freeze Tuesday and Wednesday. Wednesday comes, no courtesy call. I call at 11am., just to see if could get an ETA and the call goes through the """"Dyson Answering Service."""" They said that the local Dyson office was experiencing phone trouble, they collected my information and told me that I would be contacted. Dyson called my wife's number (once) and left a voice mail. She called me. I called Dyson back, same thing....""""Dyson Answering Service."""" Left my name, number, etc. Again, they called my wife's phone. She answered and said I was on my way to work and gave them my work number. I arrive to work and receive a message from my supervisor that Dyson had called. Called back.......""""Dyson Answering Service."""" By Friday, I had given up. I don't know if they set appointments using a computer and on a sheet. But if they didn't plan on coming out, they should have called waiting customers and let them know. Even if they were experiencing phone issues.....I'm sure someone there had a cell phone.

There are few times in life when you experience true professionals when it comes to plumbers. Well I had the pleasure of meeting two of Dyson's Plumbers. Robert and his brother. They had been to service my home before and every time they are friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and humerus when it came to my pipes failing me. Thanks guys for always keeping that wonderful positive energy.

Called for emergency plumbing on 01/01/2021, was told that the Technician would call prior to coming. I informed her that my phone would silence unknown numbers and was told the Technician would text me; to date 01/03/2021, haven't received any form of communication from this Company, feel they're unprofessional and will never have a repeat request from me.

Okay.... at first it is hard to believe that a service like this exists. We had an acute problem with some drains yesterday morning and we called. It resolved and I called to tell them but still wanted it checked. They were here in a few hours exactly when they said they would be. The serviceman was neat, polite and respectful of our house from wiping his feet on entry to gently handling things that needed to be moved. He was professional and accurate and watching him work was a pleasure. He had the knowledge and the communication skills. In this day and age to be provided with this type of response and service was encouraging. I highly recommend these guys and know now why we have always called them (I usually have been at work when they came so I never got to see them work). Thank You!

Service technician came out collected $100 deductible per my home warranty requirement was there all of 30 minutes and has never return to complete the job over three months ago consumer beware.

I hired Dyson Plumbers to help with my bathroom renovation. The plumber accidentally pushed his hand and arm through the ceiling of the room below. (See picture.) I knew it was an accident but no one offered an apology or a repair. Mr. Dyson yelled at me so loudly on the phone other people in the room could hear him. I did not yell nor was I was rude. Mr. Dyson was completely out of control, rude and very ugly. I ended up subtracting the cost of the repair from the $660 bill. Part of what I paid for was a return visit to check for leaks. I have not seen nor heard from the plumber. I don't know yet if the work is good. Based on the conduct of Mr. Dyson I cannot recommend this company. I gave one star for showing up.

I made an appointment with Dyson. I called them twice to make sure that someone would be coming to my home within the 4 hour window they gave me. They returned my call 30 minutes after I called for the 2nd time (which was 2 hours after the first call). By then I had been waiting on a technician for 3 hours. I missed the call, but called them back 20 minutes after the missed call. They told me that since I missed their return call, no one would be coming to my house during the scheduled appointment window. Unreliable and unprofessional.

We have had a great experience with them! They are super efficient, detail oriented, and ensure you understand every single thing that's being done. We highly recommend this company and their staff! They installed 2 toilets in my home just today and we will forever use their services from here.
