If I had the option to select excellent, I would. Siriiaco was the technician that arrived 30 minutes after my call was returned. Same day service within 1 hour of my voicemail A polite, well-groomed young man arrived with mask, gloves and booties. Well spoken and easily understood. Difficult repair due to the space restraints. Work completed professionally. Area left clean. I was assured that I need only call if I have any problems. I have no qualms about referring Dyser Plumbing .GALE BARRON Carrollwood

Extremely disappointed. We had 3 pipe bibbs that needed replacing. Two people showed up and completed the job and then handed us a bill. They were at our house a very short time but we were charged a significant amount. I'm very disappointed we were not told to the costs up front before the work was done. Then one of the pipes burst through the night and water was shooting all over the house. The owner called and apologized and said they would be out right away as we had to shut off the water. We then got a call back that they wouldn't be out until the afternoon. My husband fixed the issue in the meantime since we have kids at home and need water. The owner was then not willing to credit anything on the bill for the time, effort or headache this caused. Just a minimal credit would have been nice. I would NOT recommend this company.

I noticed a slow leak in a water spigot that I suspected was leaking internally inside the concrete block. I placed a call into Dyser plumbing they came out first thing in the morning to inspect the issue and provide a quote. I agreed to the price that was quoted and they started immediately and fixed the problem! More impressive is that the final price came in less than the price that was quoted and agreed on!!! That speaks volumes to the professionalism, honesty, and integrity this outfit carries!

Had a bathroom flood at 3 pm in the afternoon and they had Sent someone out by 4:30. Sean came and he was pleasant, well dressed and didn't stand around and chit chat but rather got right to work. Will definitely use them next time.

One of the most important qualities I look for in the trades these days is honesty and integrity. I had an emergency at the house yesterday and very little time available to be there and available for the plumber to get the job done. They told me they would arrive at 10 am and sure enough, they were right on time! The service technician was considerate and very efficient clearing the back up in my plumbing lines and the price was reasonable. It's hard to find service companies that live up to their promises. These guys are honest and do what they say they will do. Highly recommended!
