What a serious nightmare this company is. After they take your deposit it take multiple calls to get them to start. After you pay the balance you can kiss goodbye any follow up or completion. We were conned into paying over $10K to replace the sewer pipes from our house to the street. After they finish they inform us it is the section after the sidewalk which is a city problem. We pay to have a PDP and the city inspector out 3 times to the house to verify this on camera. The first two times Dyno didn't bring the correct equipment and the inspector had to leave. They then never followed through with the repair or getting our catch basen cleaned. The inside plumbing they did it turns out permits weren't pulled and they did the work completely against code - we not had to pay a new plumber to fix this. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

ZERO STARS, that's my rating. This company really ripped off my family. I hired them when I bought my house to inspection the sewer system and the ""Technician"" Dwayne told me it needed a lot of work and that he was going to charge me $5200. We agreed and he started the work and every day for a week he and his workers (a bunch of inexperienced teenagers with medical blue gloves) were showing up for two hours only, after noon and dig the whole basement, and the front yard. At the day 5 the ""technician"" with a dramatic voice told us there is a huge problem because there is a bump on the pipes and the work will be $12000. We were in shocked and we ended up believing him. we begged for a discount and he called his boss ""John"" and they told us he will do it for $9000. Because the house was already messed up we just wanted it done. so we had to pay upfront $6000. It took us about a month dealing with this technician and his crew. At the end they did not finish the work but the ""technician"" made us believed he did and took advantage of our ignorance in plumbing and sewers , and required the last $3000. Two weeks later the plumbing in the basement collapsed and there was not response from this company. We had to hired another plumber and pay more than $3000 and redoing what this company did. PLEASE PLEASE REFRAIN FROM HIRING THIS COMPANY OR THEIR TECHNICIAN.

great technicians and good work thank you so much dyno sewer for your knowledge and good and good work

If I could post 0 stars I would. Do not EVER use this company! They are so unprofessional! At first John & Luis are nice and accommodating...then as soon as they get the majority of your money they leave you hanging in the wind! Sure they call back and send their workers but at their leisure. The outside workers they use are outstanding and did exceptional work when you could get them here. John and Luis are only out to get your money...DO NOT USE THEM EVER!

BUYER BE AWARE...........DO NOT DO NOT use this company for any reason..........John from this company came to my house for a faucet leak in the bath tub....he tried to fix on initial visit left went to Home Depot and got wrong parts.....he then said he has to go back to Home Depot and get right parts......this was at 2:30......he calls me at 430 and says he went and did another job and is heading back to my house........6pm rolls around he calls me and says he cant get part til morning......in the mean time he made the leak in the faucet worse 10x worse.......and today comes an he is AWAL....wont answer my calls or call me back..........he made the leak worse promised he fix in morning and now I cant get a hold of him leak still persists........................guy is a scrub.....how do you not fix something you made worse.....no conscious........

This is the second time I've had dyno sewer at my house, first was a simple rod job. They were friendly, quick and affordable. They have just completed a very big process in my basement due to flooding and was able to get my homeowners to cover these expenses. Considering the about of work that was done, they were good on completing this job in a short time. 5 stars for honesty, the owners actually taking time to meet me, and neatness. Not only plumbing but the pretty much remodeled my basement and did a beautiful job! Well done!

Landlord hires Dyno Sewer. Hilarity ensues.
Sunday:
Plumber says he'll be at the apartment at 11:30am. Series of ""he's almost there"" messages throughout the day. Two hours later, I tell the landlord I have to leave for an appointment. The owner of the plumbing company swears he'll be at my place the next morning at 8:30am.
Monday:
I get a call at 7:30am from Dyno Sewer asking to reschedule for 10:30am. I say I'll be at work and ask if they can come in the afternoon. We agree on 4pm. A few hours later, my landlord texts me to say that the plumber just called to say I asked to reschedule for 3:30pm. Now they're not even getting the time right AND trying to blame me for their scheduling issues.
At 4:20pm I get a call from Dyno Sewer asking me when I would like to schedule them to come. I point out that just a few hours ago we'd agreed on 4pm. They say they'll be over in 40 minutes.
At 6:40pm they finally show up at my apartment. The two guys from the company say they've been stuck in traffic coming from the south side (more lies: to meet their original appointment time, I came all the way from Hyde Park to Lincoln Square and was still home at 3:30pm). They grumble that they don't like going to the north side (THEN WHY DID YOU TAKE THIS JOB?) and spend a couple of minutes looking at the garbage disposal. They say it needs to be replaced entirely and they don't have the right equipment with them. They'll be too busy tomorrow, but they can probably come back on Wednesday. They leave about 5 minutes after they walked in the door.
Wednesday:
I convince my landlord to hire a different company. Their plumber shows up on time. He fixes the garbage disposal in 5 minutes - it was totally fine (he just had to flip a switch - the breaker had gotten engaged, similar to a circuit breaker. When I regale him with my woes from the last few days he also mentions that if he needed to replace the garbage disposal he would have only needed a Phillips screwdriver, not crazy equipment). After some serious work to remove the blockage in the pipes, everything is in good order. This new company, Captain Rooter, is much, much better.
**** TL;DR: Dyno-Sewer is terrible to work with and have no idea what they're doing.
