Thank you to DJ and Dynasty Plumbing. From the very start communication was excellent and very professional. DJ was very accommodating with his schedule especially when I had the wrong parts for him to work with. He has a great attitude and works confidently. The prices to change out my old toilet, attach new sink drain and bathtub fixtures were very fair and reasonable. I will definitely count on them again.

I sent out a request via Yelp. Someone responded and gave me a general quote and left a link to schedule an appointment. The appointment was then confirmed so I took off of work to be here during the appointed time slot, which was between 10-12. A little after 12 noon, I called the number listed, left a voicemail and got no call back. I left a message on the Yelp message board and still no response. It's now 8pm and still no call back about the missed appointment. Super disappointed and frustrated because I turned down other companies. All they had to do was call me or message me back that today wasn't a good day to come out. But I got nothing....

Our main water cut off was leaking and we needed to get it fixed before it got worse. I got mutiple quotes from yelp and Dynasty came back as one of the most affordable. I was a little skeptical because sometimes you don't get the best quality for that price. So I checked the reviews and decided to use them. I was so glad I did , DJ and his worker (Hansen, I think) did an amazing job. Very professional, quality work and did the best job not just the fastest job. They had to cut out a piece of our driveway because the cut off valve was under it (not the best design) but instead of just repairing it and putting everything back as it was he ended up moving the valve a dirt area to make it easier to access!! He thought of the best way to repair it not just the fastest way. I highly recommend DJ and Dynasty plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Dynasty Plumbing was referred to me by my daughter after I had already received an estimate for plumbing work I wanted done from another plumbing service. I did not consider that company because they could not give me an estimate that was not broken down specifically by labor and materials. DJ of Dynasty came to my house, gave me a rough estimate on the spot, and later that day gave me a more refined estimate of the labor and materials cost. It appeared to be reasonable and I accepted his proposal. During the week he sent me pictures by email of the faucets he thought would be suitable for our needs. He picked up the hardware and did a good job in reasonable time at a reasonable price. Although the hardware turned out to be a little more than he originally estimated it was not a problem because the product is of good quality brand and he presented me the breakdown of the purchase invoice. A good company with good workers who are helpful, prompt, considerate, courteous, neat, and honest.

2/28/20 Last week friday I tried to fix my dripping kitchen faucet by myself but the handle just refused to loosen, so Long story short. I gave up and called Dynasty plumbing and left a message , DJ called me right away and I explained my problem, he gave me a quote and I said ok it sounded fair. and DJ replaced my faucet really fast. thanks again , Dynasty plumbing you are awesome!!!
