I had to have an old/unused toilet replaced and was worried about the plumbing since the toilet was dry. They were able to come out the next day, removed the old toilet, checked the plumbing, and installed the new toilet, all within 45 minutes. Very accommodating, fast and efficient. Great job Dynasty! I will definitely be calling them for the plumbing work on the full bathroom renovation.

Our old water heater started leaking and flooding the closet where it was housed. I called about 6 different plumbing companies and all gave varying estimates and days of availability. Only 2 offered to come on the same day and of the 2, Dynasty gave a better rate. They were able to come within an hour and completed the work by the end of the day. Customer service over the phone was so fantastic -- very friendly and willing to answer my questions. Most importantly, they came during a holiday week and we needed the water heater fixed asap! The technician who came in was nice and I even spoke with the owner over the phone afterwards about a minor issue that was easily resolved. Thanks for the friendly service, reasonable estimate and will definitely reach out again if we have any other plumbing needs in the future!

This is an easy 5 stars. Technician have a fair estimate via text message, then came out the next day. Went to store to get parts needed and repair the leak. Final invoice was within the estimate and fair. I've found my plumber! Thanks!

This review is well overdue, as the plumbing work on my property was completed some 2 + months ago. I wanted to be sure to post this 5 star review, for people who are looking for reliable plumbing service, as well as to express to DJ the owner, my sincere appreciation for a job well done DJ has an awesome team working with him, they are in sync with one another and work swiftly. There's no standing around taking breaks, or chitchatting, work was non stop, took less time to complete then what was previously scheduled. I felt sorry for the workers, the sun was blazing down on them all day, as a new by pass trench needed to be dugout. No hats, no sunglasses, just heads down, continuously focused on the job. So, if you need plumbing service, call DJ, he's knowledgeable, reliable, polite and is respectful of his customers' needs. I sent out a request via Yelp. Someone responded and gave me a general quote and left a link to schedule an appointment. The appointment was then confirmed so I took off of work to be here during the appointed time slot, which was between 10-12. A little after 12 noon, I called the number listed, left a voicemail and got no call back. I left a message on the Yelp message board and still no response. It's now 8pm and still no call back about the missed appointment. Super disappointed and frustrated because I turned down other companies. All they had to do was call me or message me back that today wasn't a good day to come out. But I got nothing....

I've used this business consistently for the last 9 for work. Plumbing is always a bit of a nightmare to deal with when managing a building but DJ and team always make my life easier.
