Contacted DJ on 4/21 to get an estimate on replacing a water heater. He stopped by my place on 4/22 (Easter Sunday) to check out everything and sent over an estimate. The repair was in a townhome and the water had to be shut down. DJ only had the water shut down for about an hour till he turned it back on. Very clean and quick work. I would recommend everyone give Dynasty Plumbing a call.

When I checked the DCCA web site this business is not in good standing. I asked him to bring a copy of his warranty and insurance policy should something goes wrong. He claimed he felt disrespected and refused service. He is registered with DCCA for a year and has this kind of attitude towards his potential customers. Good luck if you choose him. Minimum to put is one star. Should be minus one star since I have to took off from work to wait for this man claimed he do business based on ""trust"". So much for this ""trust"" for not showing up!

Dynasty Plumbing is awesome. DJ was our service tech. Great job he was able to fix our plumbing issues and referral to look for parts. He then returned to do the job and his rates were affordable. OUR FAVORITE PLUMBER!!! We will not use anyone else!!! This company is one of the best out there! Our house is older and we have had a two plumbing incidents recently. The first time we had an issue our shower drains started backing up and toilets would not flush so we used Steves plumbing. WORST mistake EVER! Never will I use Steve's plumbing again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Steve's plumbing came out the first time and snaked out toilet because they said there was a blockage. They had to remove the toilet and did not get the work done the same day. So apparently they snaked out about 55 ft or so that day and came back the next day to finish the work they did not complete. Less than a month later the same issue comes back. We called Steve's plumbing because they had a 30 day gauranteebso they told us they would put us on stand by because they didn't have a technician that day which was fine at the end of the day I called to see if we could set up an actual appointment for us the next day which they did but come that morning they cancelled because they did not have a technician for us and at this point if we rescheduled for the next day we would be without plumbing for almost 3 days. So that's when we called Dynasty Plumbing they made an appointment with us for the next day and ACTUALLY SHOWED UP! Dynasty Plumbing showed up and snaked out 65 ft and got the job done the first time and did it in the same day! Not only did Dynasty Plumbing show up and correct what Steve's plumbing failed to do but the customer service is excellent! From the beginning the customer service was great and easy. Making the appointment was fast and the service was done right! Their pricing was also reasonable, Steves Plumbing charged us $1100.00 and dynasty gave us a reasonable amount. We got ripped off by Steves Plumbing. Dynasty was fair with their pricing. I would recommend DYNASTY PLUMBING to everyone! DJ is great and knows his stuff! Thank you DJ and dynasty pluming! You guys have gained loyal life long customers!

I've used DJ twice now and both times were easy to schedule and pay. He found and fixed a leak in the walls, changed our several plumbing valves, and worked with my carpenter to move around my laundry room. I highly recommend and would use again.
