I have no idea if Jon is a good Plumber. He came to my house to do an estimate. Promised to return with a quote but never quoted or did the work. His office was very pleasant and apologetic, however they said he was so busy he couldn't get back to me (this went on for months). Being strung along by Jon and his office caused me to delay my work for a year. I am now looking for another contractor to do the work. To be clear, I never paid him and he didn't steal from me. They were just completely unresponsive.

Woke up to a leak from an upstairs sink and the water shut off at the sink broke. Called Dynasty Mechanical and Excavation and they were there within the hour. Work was completed in a timely and thorough manner (including checking piping behind the wall and clean up of work area). Would highly recommend for plumbing needs.

jon, the owner of dynasty mechanical and excavation aced all my interior and exterior needs from plumbing/electrical airconditioning to tree/bush trimming. i doubt that there would be a job too big or even too small that he would not handle with all due respect to my property and both my adjoining neighbors property. it was a challenge just trying to keep up with him between the list of jobs i had waiting including oiling the squeaky sprocets on my electric garage door to cleaning out my over flowing leaf stuffed gutters,,,i will not hesitate to hire job for both my upcoming heating and cooling jobs...........thanks jon, gigi from east greenbush

Due to a power outage on Dec 23rd no less National grid repaired the problem. Upon inspection they tagged our fireplace in the family room which meant no heat in that room. Called Best Fire, who services my fireplace, on DEC.27. The best they could do was ""JAN 23"" Unacceptable.
By the grace of God I called Dynasty Mechanical and Excavation. on Jan 12, I gave them all the information via my smart phone. They found the part and came Jan 16. (4 days verses 30 days with Best Fire)
They arrived on time, 2 hours later fireplace on. They were knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to and answered all my questions. National Grid return to inspect and said ""Job well done!!!"" In todays world, this company has concern for others. Thank you for your service and I will definitely call themu again.....

Jon did a awesome job installing my boiler/ hot water system
but it took 3 months to install he said it should have taken a day and a half
i paid him 10-12-21 and still do not a receipt so I can get my refund from Nat.Grid
contacted him a number of times with no response

The worst company I ever had to deal with. The owner, Jonathan told me he would arrive by 9 am. I told my boss I would be a few minutes late for work. Waited until 7:40 pm when he finally showed up and the left to go purchase the parts he needed at Lowes. Lost full day at work. He charged me a fortune and could not fix the pipes. He had to shut off my whole house water to stop the leak that was managable but now that he attempted to fix it was unmanageable. He told me he is not a regular plumber but a mechanical proffesional. What a joke he is. No remorse for damaging my pipes further. After 3 days he finally fixed the leak but clearly did not know what he was doing. Not suprised for someone being in business less than a year according to Google.

We have had a house in the Berkshires for many, many years and have dealt with a variety of plumbers, electricians, tree men, handymen-you name it and never encountered anyone even remotely like Jonathan Blanchard. He cheerfully spent hours on the 4th of July hooking up water to an outbuliding where we had guests. The next day he came back and in a couple of hours did more than our other people would have taken weeks to accomplish, if they even showed up at all. There seems to be nothing that he can't handle. Solar, Plumbing ,Electrical plus what he calls ""Handyman"" work.
This man is a treasure. I cannot praise him enough. My only fear is that he will be overwhelmed with work.
