Angel has been our plumber for over 3 years. I called him for the first time when I needed our dryer's gas line disconnected for repair. But, Angel's work ethic and his drive to do his best by his customers really shined through when we had to have our new washer and dryer installed. The space was tight, and the installation of the previous washer dryer was botched pretty bad. Angel and I had agreed on the price before he actually saw how bad it was. Even after discovering that the work was a lot more than anticipated, he did not back out of renegotiate. He and his brother worked diligently through the entire day, trying multiple things to make sure that the installation was safe and up to code (the previous installation, as it turns out, was not up to code). He even had to make multiple trips back to his garage to do some sheet metal work to reshape parts to make it fit the tight space.
Since then he has also worked on our replacing our refrigerator and dishwasher lines, and redoing the piping for the kitchen faucet. He has always made things much better than he found them.
He is amazing at his job, and he is definitely my go to plumber. I can't recommend him enough.

Angel has helped us on a couple of occasions so far. We needed a new kitchen faucet and drinking water filter. Angel was very responsive and did an excellent job. So we called him again for water heater replacement. He responded right away, came for a thorough assessment, explained what the job entailed and why it was justified. He worked in a timely manner and was very customer oriented. We were very pleased with Angel's quality work, and plan to with with him again in a few months for our furnace maintenance.

Angel has helped us on multiple occasions now. He returns calls promptly and has been able to make time in his schedule to come very quickly. Our sewer pump broke and he went to Worcester (we live in Boston) to pick one up and came first thing the next morning (on a Saturday) to install it. He's a nice guy and a straight shooter. Angel did AMAZING work for us.

We needed a new waterheater. Talked to four local plumbers, all with good yelp reviews. Each solution presented was more complicated and expensive than the last. When Angel came he recommended an electric water heater with a lifetime waurantee. I mentioned this to another plumbing company who told me there was no such thing as a ""lifetime waurantee"" on a water heater. There is. I have it. Angel installed it. They did a great job. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Angel was - excuse the pun - truly a godsend. We had a plumbing leak wreak havoc and cause a lot of water damage. When we reached out, he was immediately responsive, figured out the cause of the leak immediately, and gave us a very reasonable price for the work. He was able to fit us in only a couple days later and not only fixed the leak quickly and completely but was able to correct the shoddy work done by the previous homeowner. He also gave us suggestions for how to deal with the damage and connected us with other contractors who could help. We are grateful to have found him and will be using him again. Highly recommend.

Excellent! Angel and his brother Kumar did a job for me on a Saturday morning, after having completed an emergency all-night job for the city. I needed piping rerouted from behind a wall for a permitted dishwasher install, and a leak repaired. They did quick, clean and amazing work! Unlike the nightmare that was previously installed, the pipes Angel installed under my sink are easily accessible and at right angles. I spent nearly two weeks calling plumbers (listed and recommended); they were all either unavailable or unreliable. Angel came over the same day I called to evaluate and quote, then stayed in contact by phone/text, as we arranged a time for the job, over the next day. I wish I would have found him sooner. He was very informative. He said what he was going to do, then showed up and did what he said. I don't look forward to future plumbing problems, but when they arise, I will be calling Angel.

Angel came to the rescue with a leaking disposal. Would absolutely recommend his company! He was great/flexible at scheduling, arriving in hours of the first call. He is really good at communication, responding to texts quickly and in person describing exactly what is going on. Above all he was very thoughtful about how to approach the job. Not only did he replace the mount for the dishwasher, but he secured water lines, tidied up hoses, and bundled the cords too, so the undersink space was much better than it was at the start of the job.

This was not a simple job, he came back to finish the it when the sink fell out (the original countertop installers only bothered to put in two mounting clips on this big sink, yikes), and he recommended a good professional who came out to fix it on a Saturday.

Responded incredibly quickly when my water heater blew. They were friendly, gave me a competitive price, and the work was done within a few hours of my call. They talked through what had been done and even upgraded a couple nearby connectors that needed work. Would highly recommend.

I've had several dealings with Dynamic and Angel, and I do not trust them or their work at all. The first time I called for a leak in my washing machine, Angel told me it was a lost cause, that I needed to replace it, which would necessitate me redesigning my entire kitchen. Come to find out, the leak was only due to cracks in the hose, which I spotted when he and his assistant pulled out the washer. When I pointed it out, his assistant exclaimed, ""Plumbing 101!"" Um yeah. Dynamic managed to drag out this work by saying that they needed to check with the warehouse for parts. They wanted to come back to make another house call (which I am sure I would have been billed for) because they didn't trust me to read the serial number off the machine; I wound up texting them the picture. What should have been a quick fix went on for about two weeks, during which I couldn't use my washer. I paid about $700 for this experience.

On top of treating me as if I were brainless, Angel has made misogynistic comments to me, such as suggesting I bring him a beer while he was working.

I don't trust their estimates; I've found them to be a good $200 more expensive than comparable companies. Dynamic is the ""used car salesmen"" of plumbers in the Somerville area.

Angel and his team are the best. He explains everything he's going to do and is reasonably priced. He's friendly, honest, communicative, professional, arrives on time, and returns calls and texts. That's super important when you're a remote landlord like me. He's done a couple of last-ish minute jobs for me and the results have been great. Dynamic Plumbing's going to be one of my go-to contractors for years to come. They're a real breath of fresh air; I've been through a couple of bad plumbers before them!

Update for August 2018:

I worked with Angel to replace my annoying pedestal sink with a vanity sink that can be serviced better. He was again great to work with, and very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of various ways of getting the job done. The sink was installed very cleanly and quickly. I did pay a little more than I expected this time around but it was worth it for the peace of mind of having the job done correctly and with the long-term in mind.
