Dynamic Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Ok, first thing's first. I live with 3 other roommates, and the roommate who called in for the service wasn't home when these people came. She also failed to mention that anyone was coming. Our dog starts barking at the door (which is normal on a weekday afternoon around the time of 3PM), because that's when our mail usually comes - so needless to say, we pretty much ignored it. Mind you, we do have a doorbell so that any logical thinking person could use it if they were standing at our front door.

No doorbell, just barking. Barking, barking, barking, 'til we hear a man's voice saying, ""Hello?!?!""

Oh what? A visitor? Were we expecting someone? No. When I asked ""Yes, how can I help you?"" they told me someone called in about a toilet - since I didn't know about this, I asked my two other roommates if they knew about this, and one said something was wrong with their shower but she doesn't know if our other roommate called. So I asked, ""Toilet or Shower?"" and the plumber said, ""It really doesn't matter."" So I was only left to assume that the reason they were here was to unclog our shower drain - so I opened the door and said, ""Sorry about that, we had no idea anyone was coming."" And this guy replies with, ""Well, if you answered the damn door, maybe you'd know.""

Wow. Forreal? What kind of customer service? I kind of just stood there in shock thinking - 'I'm giving you a job to do - in my home, I JUST let you in and you already have an attitude?'

Anyway, from then on, everything he asked or said just came with an attitude and his tag-along apprentice had the SAME attitude. They were just RUDE and seemed irritated and annoyed by their jobs. They made me feel really uncomfortable.

As far as their job/service goes, they were just in and out. They unclog the shower, but with THAT attitude, I don't know how I can recommend a place like this.
