I would highly recommend dynamic plumbing. We have had a few different issues with our new home in Munds Park and Joe has been extremely knowledgeable with repairs and recommendations. I value his opinion and will continue and use and recommend his services.

I am a short term rental (AirBnB) owner in Munds Park. I have called Joe out twice now for unrelated plumbing concerns and have been disappointed both times. This latest visit, I had told Joe that 3 separate renters had mentioned one of our toilets was backing up. Joe and his team were prompt to come out and visit our cabin when it was vacant. However, I noticed via camera that him and one other person spent exactly 5 minutes inside the cabin and left. I was then not called, but texted a picture of an invoice for $105 stating ""Check both toilet, flush both toilet multiple times with paper. No problems found"". Now first off, we have 3 toilets. So the fact they only located two of them tells me their visit was hasty. Second, THREE separate groups of people had stated the toilet was backing up - This is pretty definitive evidence of an existing issue. The fact that him and his team only spent 5 minutes in my home tells me that they were not really interested in finding an issue. It seems to me that they were more interested in collecting a quick $105 and getting on with their day. I'm also quite put off that they couldn't take the time to call and discuss their findings, rather than text me a picture of a bill - Quite unprofessional.
We just stayed at the cabin with some friends this past weekend, and verified first hand that the toilet was consistently backing up. I went ahead and pulled the toilet out myself (Just what I wanted to do on a short weekend getaway) to find a large mass of roots that had grown into the drain, blocking probably 90% of the flow. I removed the root mass, and all is well.

UPDATE - The owner of the company refunded the service fee. Review has been changed as such

Found a leak under our sink and Joe was out the next morning to fix it. He was informative about potential bathroom remodel also.

Joe was responsive to all requests. Experienced plumber that got right to work on kitchen sink removal and install. No drama and tells it like it is.
