Dynamic Plumbing repaired our water heater within hours of receiving our work order from the home warranty company after another Contractor was nonresponsive. So glad to have hot water again! We are very pleased and will request this company in the future!

Outstanding service!!! I bought a new hot water heater from Home Depot and had a local company come out to install it. Two days later my unit was leaking and after that company came out to trouble shoot I was told the worst and how much it would cost since the unit was bad. Remember, I said new unit from Home Depot so I called the warranty company and here comes John from Dynamic. John basically discovered that I was about to be ripped off.... No new water heater needed only the touch of a true professional and my family and I are completely satisfied. If you are looking for some down home straight up quality customer service; look no further that Dynamic! They are my go to from here on out and I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Ray and his associates are all nice, polite and professional. Ray is doing an excellent job of following up with me, he's accommodating our scheduling, while manages to perform the job proficiently in no time at all. Overall it was a pleasant experience working with Ray and Dynamic Plumbing. Will definitely hire them again for future plumbing jobs.

Buyer beware!!! Horrible company and the worst customer service I have ever encountered--they accepted a job through our home warranty and did it incorrectly then once we had moisture issues in our floor, ruining our brand new floors he admitted that they did not know how to properly fix it. Ray is quick to get an attitude with you and cussed my husband out on multiple occasions. They are just after the money and do not care about customer service or doing a job correctly. DO NOT USE!!

The service I received was absolutely amazing. I was originally referred by my home warranty company, and the problem turned out to be something not covered. They worked hard to keep my costs down, and the work was outstanding. They explained things every step of the way to me, came on a Saturday to make sure my problem was fixed as soon as possible and stayed to test out the work. I would recommend Dynamic Plumbing to anyone looking for help.

I called my warranty company to report a stopped up drain, they contacted Dynamic Plumbing to contact me to fix it. I explained to Kathy at Dynamic Plumbing they would have to access the drain from our roof, we set up the appointment for Wednesday. The tech comes out today and tells us they do not go on roofs it is a company policy, but he can put a drain in for $250 to fix the problem. My husband says no, we have had it done before from the roof by another company before we had a warranty. I call back the plumbing company and talk to Raymond he says, that is right they do not go on roofs and that he actually called the warranty company about that before they came out and they said to go on the service call anyway. I told Ray, I am not paying their $75 fee because he they were told that they would have to access the stoppage from the roof before he ever came out on the call. I called the warranty company and asked them why they just did not send a plumbing company out that could go on roofs since I had already told them that is what they would need to do. I also told Old Republic Warranty I would not pay them the $75 either and I would explain all this the the judge if they want to meet me in court. In the time that it took me to stop payment on my check, find another plumber without my warranty company and write this review another company came out, got on the roof, charged me $125 and fixed my problem.

Our home warranty company connected us with Dynamic plumbing to fix our broken boiler. Everyone that I spoke with at Dynamic was polite and helpful. Raymond spent some time with me on the phone to ensure he could help us and when he came out to our house he had our heat back up and running within a couple hours. I would call Dynamic plumbing again without a doubt.
