Dynamic Mechanical Service provides installation and maintenance for oil burning and gas heaters and units, along with ducted and split AC systems. We also provide: coil cleaning, converting gas appliances (from natural gas to propane), gas pipe installation, and industrial piping services.

DMS originated as a small plumbing business over 40 years ago. In the year 2013, the current owner from Sussex, NJ acquired the company. At first, DMS specialized in oil burner service. Today, DMS has broadened its services to include various areas of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning repair and setup. We also provide include installing gas lines, servicing gas appliances, oil tank installation and removal, and industrial process pipe maintenance.

Steve is in his thirties and has always aspired to owning his own business. Prior to purchasing Bill's P&H, Steve started his career in the plumbing industry seventeen years ago. As the economy shifted, Steve took on various jobs to provide for his family, including digging and carpentry. In the year 2006, Steve joined an industrial firm. While there, he worked on everything from computer room climate control to facilities for propane distribution. Steve applied the knowledge he acquired there to work for one of the nation's leading propane companies. During his tenure, Steve distinguished himself in the field. While working there, he earned his heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration license and acquired his company. He worked diligently to his employer while building his own enterprise. In April of 2016, Steve left his job to manage his business on a full-time basis.
