Dynamic Mechanical Service provides installation and maintenance for oil burning and gas fired heaters and furnaces, along with ducted and ductless air conditioning systems. Additional services include: cleaning coils, gas appliance conversions (from natural gas to LP), gas line installation, and industrial piping services.

Dynamic Mechanical Service began as Bill's P&H over four decades back. In the year 2013, the current owner from Sussex, NJ acquired the company. Initially, DMS focused primarily on servicing oil burners. Today, DMS has broadened its scope to include various areas of residential HVAC repair and setup. We also provide include installing gas lines, servicing gas appliances, installing and removing oil tanks, and process piping maintenance.

Steve is in his late thirties and has always aspired to owning his own company. Prior to acquiring Bill's P&H, Steve started his career in the commercial plumbing industry seventeen years ago. As the market shifted, Steve accepted various jobs to support his family, including excavating and carpentry. In the year 2006, Steve joined an industrial firm. While there, he gained experience everything from computer room climate control to facilities for propane distribution. Steve applied the knowledge he acquired there to work for one of the top propane providers. During his tenure, Steve distinguished himself in the industry. During this period, he obtained his HVACR license and purchased his company. He dedicated himself to his employer while growing his own enterprise. In April 2016, Steve resigned his job to manage his business on a full-time basis.
