Braiden did the removal and was so prompt, professional and friendly. They even accommodated my schedule by changing my appointment when I needed to do so. My photo studio is in the lower level of my home and after a very heavy rain the storm drain backed up creating a water issue shutting my business down.

On the recommendation of a couple of my clients I called Dynamic Drains. They came out to evaluate the problem and we set an appointment for a crew to address the issue.

The guys showed up right on time and the crew of two dug up the area where the problem showed up and traced it to the source, replacing old collapsed pipes with PVC and routing out the existing system to clear the blockage.

It was a mess but could have been worse since the crew worked as much as possible off the main area.

They cleaned up after themselves and the masked strangers rode off into the sunset leaving a happy customer behind.

These men worked at least 20 total hours in my home and each night before they left they were on their hands and knees scrubbing my wood floors clean, even though they knew I didn't mind the mess and that they would be back the next day. Great, respectful guys who kept us informed throughout and recommended future preventative services. There is a reason this company is of high demand.

This company replaced our Orangeburg home sewer. Though we were not having issues we'd been warned that our 65 y/o pipe was destined to fail, as had happened to our neighbor's years ago. Because ours hadn't failed, Dynamic Drains (and two other companies) said the could replace this without digging up our yard. This required them digging a hole at the sewer line beginning, at our house, and another to uncover the other end where it connects to the city's line, in the street. A ""pipe bursting"" technique is then employed - explanatory videos are online - and a new pipe is placed without digging up our yard (and possibly killing tree roots in the way). This took them a couple days of work. The Dynamic Drain owners, and star employee Caleb, are reassuringly competent (as was my impression of the representatives of 2 other, more costly, companies we had evaluate our sewer line). My wife and I are very pleased with their abilities to complete this complex job on time, with just a few hours downtime for our sewer, taking care of the necessary permits, and rapidly passing inspections, and excellent clean up
