Once he started working, he realized a part that he thought to be causing the problem was working, so he lowered the cost of the original estimate and just did what was required. We had an issue that caused waste water to come up through our downstairs shower drain whenever a toilet was flushed in the house. Paul came out to root one of the toilets and quoted us on the work that needed to be done to correct the issue. He came out to root the toilet one more time due to an emergency prior to the scheduled work and did not charge us for that visit. Paul was excellent and he even restored our sump pump at no additional cost during a difficult time for our family. I couldn't recommend him and his company enough, thank you very much!!!

Paul from Dyna Rooter is the best! I highly recommend. He is honest, explains what's going on, gets right to work and charges a very fair price! He's come out to my house 2 times now. Once for a really funky leak that he diagnosed and took care of, the other was a routine garbage disposal change. Paul is so nice, understanding, and very professional. Also, he does a nice job educating you on what is going on! I will be using him for all my projects from now on!

Had a water heater go bad and burst/leak all over my hallway. Called dyna at 8am and he was there by 11. Took out the hot water heater. Transported it to Menards for the warranty exchange and had it back up and running by 230. Fast, friendly and clean work. Now time to find another company to fix the drywall, floors and clean up. Thanks again.

Update: 9-13-17, Paul just installed a new water heater. He was here at 2pm after the old one started leaking at noon. He told us if we wanted to save some time and money, to buy a new one so it's ready to go right away. The install took longer than normal because the prior owners were knuckleheads and messed up the gas piping.
Still very highly recommended.

Dyna Rooter did a great job! We needed our main water valves replaced and it was done well and in no time at all. He triple checked for leaks before he left and charged us the exact amount we were quoted for the work. We will going with Dyna Rooter again.
