He has very skilled and completed the job in a timely manner. He was very concerned about making the experience as convenient as possible. We had a leaking water line after purchasing a new refrigerator. They came out right away and explained what was needed to resolve the issue. They were able to fix in an hour. They are efficient and honest and I highly recommend their services!

I needed leak detection in my kitchen area by the washing machine area. My laminate floor near the washer was buckling and water could be seen. I called Freedom Plumbing and Darlene (very kind) took my information and set me up for leak detection between noon and 2pm. The two men who arrived around 1pm were Tais Amaro and his assistant Andres Rodriquez. Both were very professional, kind, and followed all the safety protocols. They told us how they planned to do the leak detection by listening first to every bathroom pipe, kitchen pipe, and washer pipe. They have all the proper equipment to do the leak detection. They found the leak within a short time. They provided us the options and we decided to proceed with them repairing the leak. Tais and Andres took great care to prepare the area with plastic to shield the area from other parts of the kitchen and house. Tarps covered all walking areas. These men did an excellent job and I felt they really go the extra mile in customer satisfaction. I finally feel like I have my go to plumber who is honest, very knowledgeable, kind, and fair and reasonable pricing for all they did. Thank you Tais and Andres, you guys are the best and I will definitely request and see you on my next plumbing issue.

The second time using Dymek's Freedom Plumbing - I was impressed with the level of detail Chris took towards customer service. All I wanted was Root X and was planning on using it myself. They offered to view the line first since it had been 6-7 months since Tais had hydro jetted the line. Some root activity I could see which was helpful so that I could gain a better understanding of my sewer line 7 months later. I will definitely be calling Dymek's back to hydrojet my sewer line as preventative maintenance in 5 more months .

Let me just say rather I love freedom plumbing for the following reasons:
1. They know what they are doing.
2. Very professional, responsive.
3. All of the 3 plumbers I dealt with when I had their services 3 times were all excellent.
4. Their pricing is fair and guys are all very nice and friendly.

I first had met Chris D. (owner's son) when he came out to do leak detection when I filed claim on my home owner's insurance policy fir water damage at my home.
He was so knowledgeable and professional and knew exactly what caused the water damage at my house which was caused by my neighbor's flower bed against my stucco wall on my living room.

Due to my good experience with Chris D., I called them when I needed their services after failed on my attempt to install the Kohler valiant toilet.
Chris N. (one of the 3 Chris's ghey have at freedom plumbing) came out and fixed the isdue with leakage due to the misplaced seal.
He has also replaced the tub spout diverter for me since he was already out at my house to fix the leakage issue with my toilet.
He told me yhat I was missing the parts that would be required to hold the toilet onto the floor.
He gave me a labor discount before I asked ad he knew all he did was to fix the issue with repositioning the seal and replaced the tub spout diverter, all in one hour's charge.

I called on them again after getting the missing toilet oarts from Home Depot where I bought the Kohler toilet, to make sure the toilet is firmly secured to the floor.

Tais from freedom plumbing showed up with his assistant Andres.
He has installed the particular Kohls toilet before and knew exactly what he was doing.
He was so detail oriented and made sure toilet was firmly secured and balanced evenly using the shim and caulked around the toilet.
He has even fixed the issue with loose faucet spout in my bathroom when my wife just asked him about.
He did this extra work within one hour that he was charging me and even gave me discount on the labor knowing that I had to call the plumber twice with failed attempt to install the toilet and with missing parts.
I spent about $530 since I had to call them twice, but Tais did extra work without extra charge with labor discount.
I thought both Chris D and Chris N were good, but got lucky with Tais as he was just as good as both Chris's or maybe even more detailed a d nicer.
I really liked all of the guys from freedom plumbing and I would call them again and would recommend them to my friends and relatives.

Chris Dymek came out and installed our new vanity sink and faucet. The plumbing had to be completely adjusted to accommodate our unique vanity. He had an attention to detail and made sure the faucet was aligned perfectly and the sink and vanity were caulked.

Would absolutely recommend and will use again to replace our water heater.

We were almost taken advantage of a plumbing company who was going to charge us thousands of dollars to replace part of the sewer line. Fortunately we were introduced to Dymek's. Chris ran the camera and inspected that no replacement of pipe needed just yet. It was just buildup and wear and tear. They were professional, reliable and have great customer service. Dymek's Freedom Plumbing is the BEST and I'm so glad I called them for an overflowing toilet tank on 2nd floor and could not shut off water at that source. From the intake phone call, quick scheduling, on-time arrival and extremely professional and thorough work, my customer experience was phenomenal. Chris Dymek and Anibal worked tirelessly to inspect, repair and test all three of my toilets and master bathtub as well as informed me of other major items to look at for future repair/replacement. They did not stop until everything was up to par and went above and beyond. As many times as they had to go in and out of the house, they placed covers on their shoes each time and cleaned each area they worked in. With some water damage extending to floors and ceiling, Chris Dymek also referred me to restoration company. So thankful to have this team of professionals do such great work!
