My mom has worked with this company more than once so she thought they were reliable. Not so much. Although my mom has an accent, she's no idiot. She had spoken to the manager about what she needed done on the house, they never gave her an invoice with what she requested to be done even though she asked for the breakdown in price. They basically did NOT do the one specific job she called them for and charged her an arm and a leg. And I was not impressed with the work they did. We ended up calling another company to finish what we needed done and let me just tell you - the integrity and professionalism is lacking with this company. Save yourself the trouble and get another quote from another company.

Call Ron last after you get a few quotes for the other Roto reamer firms. He is fair, reasonable and honest. Other firms have their field plumbers work at 40% commission, what a rip-off, so huge disincentive to do an honest job. His guys speak plain english and show you the results. Great firm and employees. If I do need a relining, they are far less expensive than the other guys, but didn't really need it.

We got Dymek info from a vendor while on a frantic search to get someone out to address a plumbing emergency. They were fantastic to work with and had us all patched up between Sat and Sun. I don't look forward to the next plumbing emergency, but I do look forward to working with them again should one come up.

I was looking to have my water heater replaced. Before Ron came out to give me an estimate, I contacted another plumbing company that failed to return my emails and calls when I started asking questions. Ron was great. He came out and took the time to explain everything and answered my questions. I decided to have a tankless water heater and water softener put in the same day. His crew arrived early and worked straight through and did a great job.
The next day when I discover a defect (more cosmetic than functional) on the face plate of the water heater, I contacted Ron and he returned a couple of weeks later with a new face plate from Noritz to replace the damaged one. What great service! I would recommend him to my friends.
