I used this company when it was Ralph's sewer and drain. Honest man and always knew what he was doing, so when I had a problem I thought I would call this company that took over. In 2014 called them with the drain backing up. It was fixed temporary. It backed up again. This time I called A & J Plumbing. They found our pipes had broke under the cement. Big job but they fixed it. Just this April 2016 ,we started backing up again due to large trees out front and an older home. Called Dylan's. They cleaned from the inside out, never checked to see if the water was flowing or not. Four days later, we were backed up again. Tried calling them, no answer. Left message. Never called back. So I called A & J Plumbing. They cleaned from the outside drain, waited thirty minutes with water running to make sure it was flowing and clear. When I called Dylan's to get a refund, they said they would get back to me. I am still waiting three weeks later! Would not recommend them!

Dylan's & Ralph's Sewer & Drain gave me a problem that I originally did not have! Bob and Brett came out for a routine sewer cleaning in June 2013. I was not having a drain problem I wanted to make sure that I did not in the future. The property was vacant, I was remodeling inside. They cut the drain cap off of the floor drain, let it fall into the the sewer and did nothing about it. Two days after the tenant moved in (March 2014) water is coming up through the floor drain. I called a different plumber. Upon camera inspection they found the sewer cap parts in my sewer line and was able to get them out. Of course I called Dylan's to ask for a refund. Bob told me someone would call me in a few days. Now when I call and leave a message no one calls me back. Dylan's got $150 from me and caused me more problems. The good thing is that I found a better plumber!! Dylan's is out, Bison Plumbing is in!!
