Great attitudes , knowledgeable , The communication was key for me. From the first call to the final 20 min of priming my water Heater they let me know why and what was going on Thank You Guys

Our furnace went out on Christmas Eve Day. Keats came out after working a long day of calls and got us fixed up so we would have heat during the night on the coldest night of the year. He could of pushed us to the next day but stayed late to fix us up. Great service by a very polite, Oran's caring employee.

So our thermostat went out a month ago they installed a nest for me and it worked for about a month on and off. I buy a Honeywell to replace it only to find no power going to the Thermostat. Check the box upstairs to find they disconnected the safety features that they charged me for when they installed the system? I called them for help Again and they want another 190$ to diagnose their rewiring? Um no! Very unprofessional will Not Ever use them again.

Worst customer service ever. Waited two weeks on a quote. After numerous calls was finally quoted an exorbitant rate $2000 to install a water heater, with me supplying the water heater, valves, and vent. All they had to provide was 25ft of 3"""" pvc, sch 40 pipe. I can understand if they were to busy, all it would take was a 2 minutes phone call. To quote me an unrealistic price was very unprofessional instead of just telling me the truth from the start and not waiting two weeks. Very Disappointed!

Have used Dyess Air and Farmers plumbing for emergencies and scheduled calls for our rental unit. Have had good experiences. I appreciate the professionalism and work done by the technicians and office staff. My experience has been very good.

Dyess Air's rep, Kenny, did a great job in identifying my problem and explaining (and showing) it to me so that I might be able to correct it myself should it happen again.
