We called for a clogged toilet. They were in our home for less than 5 minutes and told us the toilet was working. It immediately was non-functional but they were no where to be found. We then got a ridiculously high bill in the mail. Unbelievable experience. We will never use them again.

We called Dwyer for a proposal for some rough in's in our en-suite bathroom during a renovation and spoke to very friendly Sylvia the receptionist who was so kind and chatted with me about the neighborhood that we had recently moved to because she'd previously lived there! She scheduled us within a week for an estimate.

Exactly at the scheduled time the owner himself (Donnie) came out and took the time to talk through what we were looking to accomplish, made recommendations and answered our questions, he provided a proposal quickly and his pricing was very reasonable.

Before we could book the services we unexpectedly had our baby early, so by the time that we called back it was a few weeks later, but Dwyer was quick to schedule us (one week out) and when the owner and his employees (Jason and Ryan) came out it was he reviewed the work to be done as if we'd discussed it just a day before and not a month prior (we were very impressed). The owner had even researched the county codes related to moving a shower drain for us to clarify our options. The work was done quickly and Jason and Ryan were friendly and polite. We received an invoice in the mail the following week and paid it with Sylvia and there was no additional charge to use a credit card.

Highly recommend Dwyer and we'll definitely be using them again!

Dwyer Plumbing is terrific! We have numerous rental properties and they are the only plumber we call. Each time we call, Donny and team come as soon as possible and consistently fix the problem the first time. We have also used them for three new/renovation projects where we relied on them to independently collaborate with the carpenter and tile guys to do ""rough-ins"" and then final fittings in the correct order. They are very knowledgeable and offer creative solutions that work for our old homes (e.g., freeze-proof outdoor faucets for a recurring issue).

We find Dwyer professional, friendly and very capable. They also don't come out and charge you the call-out price if they can diagnose what's going on over the phone. They have installed an appliance and traced a leak for us, both times prompt, friendly and thorough. We also find their pricing very competitive with other plumbers

We were swindled, taken advantage of and lied to.

We are tenants in a home and our landlord (who we love and trust) hired this company to come and unclog a toilet.
They did not remove the toilet, they used a machine and said it was ""severely backed up"" and ""slowly draining""

The charge was $600.00 for less than two hours of supposed labor. Was quoted half this cost with three other licensed plumbers in the area.

I also had to come back to our home to ""open the door"" that was already unlocked, screen door was left open and bathroom was dirty after services.

The owner of the company was unapologetic and said he stands by his pricing. He did not care that his employees were dishonest about the doors and also lied to me on the phone saying we knew the pricing up front when we did not.
May have unclogged the toilet but I'm pretty sure if I had a machine I could've done the same.

No BS just got an estimate over phone. Came out did the job and best of all, no up selling for crap I don't need nor want. My new favorite go to plumber! Great job, good price!
