We had an issue with our Central air, the house wasn't cooling down so we called David for help. He responds to text and phone calls. He was able to give estimated times for arrival. David is very thorough and patiently answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and went through everything step by step in order to solve the problem that we had. He wore protective shoe covering as we are a no shoe home, very respectful

We will definitely be calling David to handle any heating or cooling issues in the future.

Our AC went out and another service provider gave us an estimate of 2 weeks to come look at the unit. With heat and humidity predicted, this was unacceptable. We called David and he came today, even though he had a busy schedule. He diagnosed the problem, checked the entire system and replaced parts that we on their way out to make sure that the system kept working for years to come and fixed the problem. He is highly recommended! A big thank you to David for getting us back in the cool!

David had done some work for us in the past and did a phenomenal job in fixing our furnace and returning to install a new expansion tank. He was patient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even answered some questions about my heating system unrelated to the job and offered some advice.

I recently called for a quote from David for AC split units. He was curteous and offered help during a heat wave. Unfortunately my timing wasn't great and could not accommodate. But if you are looking for a great HVac guy, David is your guy.

My previous HVAC Company installed my Central unit back in 2008. They serviced my unit since installation until now . Unit not working , not staying on during the heat wave. I call during emergency hours . They are going to pass it to the owner and he will call you back. Make phone call to Rodney and his crew from Yelp ad and within 4 hours start to finish , they came, they cleaned and got my unit working great. Bravo you guys, I'm still waiting for that call back from ""My Guy "".

I requested a quote from yelp to get a 9 year old HVAC condenser replaced. David answered my request and came to take a look first to see if I needed to replace the unit. Upon inspection it was determined that I did need a new unit. He was patient and honest about his assessments. I felt he was trustworthy so I asked him to install a new condenser unit as well as a c wire for my new smart thermostat. His service was great. I highly recommend his services and will be using him again when my other units need to be replaced.

David was great. Gave him a call in the morning and said he would be able to come either later in the evening or the next day which is July 4th. Hard working, reliable guy. Gave a heads up before he came over. Assessed the issue, gave his recommendation and my AC unit is pumping cool air again! Problem fixed and the price was very reasonable for the issue at hand. David was great. Easy and responsive communication via yelp messaging then text. Arranged for next day visit and he texted 40 mins beforehand to ensure I was home and available.

Came by, asked a bunch of questions to diagnose the situation and knew why my central AC in zone 2 wasn't cooling. Advised a seasonal cleaning of external fins and refilled refrigerant to optimal capacity. Took his time and throughly explained the inner workings of the system.

No upsell to a new unit or replacing of phantom broken parts. Very different from the company from last year coming for a general checkout of the system cautioning the need to replace the entire system.

Zone 2 cooling and working great. Will definitely call David for pre-winter checkout of the oil furnace.
