We had a middle of the night break in our Wickson water line (our side of the meter) and a great crew (Ron, Derrick) could come out by 10:30 am of the next day ready for some serious digging and repair. We were in great shape again by 1:30 pm, sure was great to be able to take a shower and wash once more. We will definitely be giving them all of our future business.

Don't waste your time on this company. The answering service used by Dwm are staffed with incompetent, rude individuals and you cannot get a hold of them directly. I have called in numerous orders and never received a call back. I had to hound the answering service just in order to get a call back. This is a local company not worth shopping local for.

I reached out to dwm Plumbing because I had a leaking hot water heater. They got to my house in about 30 minutes and said it would need to be replaced. They went to Lowe's and got me a new water heater which was actually 10 gal more than my original water heater at $50 less than the original one that I had. They had to weld off an old pipe but didn't charge me for this part of the service which I was thankful for. All in all it only cost me $450. Best people I've ever dealt with!

I called DWM Plumbing on September 18, 2016 to come and inspect my gas water heater for possible replacement because I noticed rust on the bottom of it. Their visit was scheduled for September 19, 2016 at 1:00 pm. My wife called me at 10:30 am on the 19th to say that the DWM people are coming early. I immediately left work to come home. When I arrived the two serviceman were already in my attic and my water heater was disconnected and drained. No one informed my wife what the cost of the repair will be in advance. I did ask them about the cost and was given a $1150 total price. When I asked why the price is so high I was given the phone and talked to the owner of the company. He explained to me that my new heater is much better that my old one. I said that both are from the same company, Rheem, and from the same line with six year warranty. The DWM owner explained to me that the new heater is much better and has ten year warranty and that is the reason for the additional cost. I agreed to the repair, I had very little options at this point, and the heater was installed. When I tried to register the new heater with the manufacturer (Rheem), I had to enter the information, model and serial number. It was clear at this point that the warranty was only six years because the ten year warranty requires an additional anode installed and I did not have a serial number for that in my paperwork. I contacted DWM Plumbing and they claimed that I am wrong and the warranty is ten years. The recommendation was to ask the local supply company (HD Supply Plumbing) and verify that indeed the heater has ten years warranty. I did that and HD Plumbing said that the ten year warranty requires a kit which costs $200 and must be installed before the heater gets to my attic.

As a summary, I am really upset about:

1. Starting repairs without giving a cost upfront.
2. Claiming additional warranty to justify very high cost.
3. Giving a receipt which does not show any itemized cost, just total.
4. The heater costs under $500, with the kit installed it would have been $750, and that is what I expected when I paid $1150. DWM Plumbing cheated for a total of $200 for the kit plus installation cost.

I do have a text message conversation with the owner documenting the warranty scam.
Avoid this one at all costs!

Each time I have called DWM to come out a fix my plumbing they came out either sooner thatn the expected time, and during the time they are there the plumbers were nice, professional and informed me of everything that was being done. their prices are reasonable. I like their work and they have never had to come back out and work on the same problem twice. Great job, Awesome crew!!

Check your house carefully when they are done and before they leave! Because they may fix the plumbing but they also will do other damage to your property and will leave with out letting you know anything! The owner absolutely takes no responsibility and will not pay for the damages his employees cause!
