Took them 3 weeks to get back to us with a QUOTE for Central AC and they took another 2 weeks to schedule the install. It wasn't until after they were almost done with the installation that we were told that we would need a wire run by a certified electrician. Now we'll be behind even more so while we rush to find an electrician. Oh, and while they were installing the AC, whoever the tech was used my brand new mop without asking and didn't even properly clean the floors! Will never recommend them or request for their services again.

I had an unexpected plumbing issue and called around for quotes. Dwight plumbing and heating had the BEST rate comparitively to other plumbing companies. The technician, Sean, was on time, courteous and was able to take care of the issue. (Super cute too!!!) Outstanding service!!! Highly recommended!!!

I paid $10,000 to have central air installed in my home. They installed one of the lines incorrectly which caused the drain pan to back up, which flooded my attic and caused water to drain through my ceiling, destroying it and part of my bedroom. Service fixed it and filed a claim to have the damage fixed. No one ever called me to follow up and let me know when it would be fixed. I called after 2 months of waiting and they claim they put it through to their insurance and the insurance company never called me. I told them if the damage to my house was not fixed I would be contacting an attorney and they immediately got nasty with me. Still have a hole in my ceiling right about my bed. Do not go through them for anything!!!!!

I had a leaking outdoor faucet that sprayed when you used it. It was difficult to find a plumber that would even set up a time. Then one came yesterday and the quote was for close to $600. The fellow from Dwight fixed my gusset for $120. How wonderful not to be taken for a ride. Highly recommend

Had three problem: needed new sink and faucet in half-bath, needed new faucet and drain in bathroom and needed major service on boiler and heating system. Dwight sent out a plumber named Shawn. I would recommend him for any plumbing work. I was ver satisfied with his work and professionalism. For the boiler and heating Craig made necessary temporary repairs to get it back working and after Dwight got the necessary replacement parts they sent Ralph who did a crackerjack job of installation. I would recommend Dwight Plumbing and heating, plus their hourly rate is very reasonable.

We had a plumbing repair that required parts being special ordered. Being Covid times, it took a few weeks to come in.
That said, our experience with the technician was excellent. He was prepared, and explained the limitations of our system and couldn't have been nicer. Clearly aiming to please and I would recommend this company without reservation.

They came to fix my mother-in-laws bathroom sink, snake it until it was completely jammed in the basement, said they need parts AND NEVER CAME BACK to fix it. 1 month later we've called someone else.

Don't Believe Their Website! Yesterday, I saw their truck working at my Menands neighbor's home. I called them and in 20 seconds stated how we need natural gas piping installed and an AC unit replaced. After putting me on hold, woman came back on line and told me that they ""are not accepting new customers."" I said ""okay"" and asked if they could recommend another plumber. Woman told me: 'sorry, I do not have anyone to recommend."" Well, I sure was NOT glad I called Dwight Plumbing & Heating.
