I used John's company for several years despite manifold frustrations. He was never on time and more often than not, he did not show up at all and didn't call me to inform me he couldn't make it. I had a quarterly maintenance program with him but if I didn't call him he wouldn't even bother to do the service at all. He was quick to invoice me monthly but not quick to do the work he promised. He really is a sort of ""One-man"" show in the area and I would have terminated his services long ago but there is nobody out there doing what he does. Nice man, but not reliable and never, never does what he says he is going to do. I'm sorry to say I would definitely not recommend him.

I have been working with John's company since it got started and am a huge fan. He has been instrumental in helping us setup and maintain our new house that we bought in January, as well as to get some very key projects done quickly (shower hot water not working!). For those people who are either new to home ownership (me) or do not have time, nor experience, (also me) to actually do these things on your own, this is a fantastic service. It takes the worry and hassle out of home ownership, where you can focus on actually enjoying the home vs constantly working on with the precious limited free time you actually have on the weekend. It is also great to have a person to call about any issues that arise and to not have to deal with random contractors and people you find off the internet.
