Dwayne's plumbing is the best! We had a broken pipe under the House slab.

it took jackhammering and digging across a huge portion of the house. My husband is disabled, and they went out of their way to accommodate for his safety and comfort. Though the repair took more than a week due to weather, they made sure we were only without working plumbing for one hour! I highly recommend Dwayne's plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. The technicians absolutely rocked (excuse the pun!).

Good trades people are hard to find... thankfully we have Dwayne's Plumbing here in Sherman. I've used them twice in the past couple months. Both times the teams called first before coming so I didn't have to sit here all day. Anthony wasn't phased when I asked him to pick up a specific H2O heater from a local dealer... installation was done in a timely manner, with no mess or problems. Appreciate the care they took to make certain the job was done right.

I had a plumbing issue which caused them to remove a portion of the drywall. They were neat, workmanship was good, pricing was fair and Anthony was honest. I will use them again!

They came out the same day while the other plumber I called still didn't even have me on the schedule after a week. I just needed a sink drain cleared. They also explained how the previous owner had run the condensation from the AC unit into that drain, and showed me how to remove my very odd tub stopper. They were quick and effective.

Ok so Plumber #2 in my city...I have a rent house with a clogged line. they came out and said ok its cleared you can put the toilet back on. NO WE CANT, WATER STILL STANDING IN PIPE.
So they say we need to install a new pee trap under the tub and install a cleanout.. KELLY which I have heard is a very good plumber said I will check our schedule. He may be good at plumbing but scheduling or getting back with a customer I give them 1 star! How do you leave customers hanging like this? I have 38 rental properties. I will find a plumber even if I have to call one from Dallas.I don't understand how these plumbers stay in business like this? its not like I am waiting for a couch to be delivered... I have also heard that Cody who is in charge is also good, I left a pissed off message after leaving 5 nice ones still no callback NEXT...POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. If I ever have an angry customer i would call them immediately to solve and keep my customers happy. I HAVE A 5 STAR rating everywhere for my business.
I guess I expect too much...

They have made repairs to my toilets, installed a sink and a garbage disposal. After six months, the sink is coming out, the toilet and the disposal are loose and leaking. They refuse to even look at the problems with regards to some kind of guarantee of their work, they will not stand behind their work. Stay away from this company.

Dwaynes Plumbing is very quick to get the job done. Because they are so fast, they rush in and out, without truly assessing the situation. They put the quick band aid on, charge you, and run. Then you have the same problem you have, often more, after paying them for service that was incomplete. They do not work on weekends, unless you pay $135 an hour, they do not guarantee their work, and the last visit they did not even give me a receipt. Every time I have used them I paid twice as much to get the repair done, because I had to hire another plumber after Dwaynes Plumbing to clean up the mess they left. I have given them more than one opportunity, which was my mistake, because it's always the same. However, I will never use them again.
