I strongly agree with all others 1-star reviewers about David Wirtz Mobile Maintenance that was previously known as Mobile Wizardry or A2Z Mobile Maintenance advertised by these phone numbers 951 826-1748 or 951 208-4319.This business owner, David Wirtz, intentionally changed his business names and phone numbers several times to fool people and their money. In fact, I was one of his many victims in the past. David is an unlicensed, inexperienced, lazy handyman and great liar! Please do not let him destroy your property and waste your money and time, since you are already warned well ahead.
In response to David Wirtz comment below, all other reviewers (i.e.Wendy, Darlene, Mark) and I have no idea who Cindy is. But we all knew very well who David Wirtz is, and how bad his works were. So David be responsible with your work, stop hallucinate and threaten us for telling the truth about you to protect other people in society

UPDATE to below review. CSLB verified he was not a licensed contractor cited and fined him. Probably not licensed still and not supposed to be working as a contractor? The police told him and his friends and staff not to contact me anymore because it was harassment. If he is being truthful, why would they do that? I am sure everyone reading knows I never told you I had any psychological issues and you saying that on here is so illegal! You contacting me is too. I will be on the phone in the morning first thing making calls! DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN.

ALSO If you are caught on my property in person or on video you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law! The damage to my wall recently, the scratches on my door where someone tried to get in, all duly noted and now I suspect you. Reports have been made and you are key suspect. DO NOT CONTACT ME AND STAY OFF MY PROPERTY

I'm not posting this on behalf of anyone and I don't know who Cindy is. I was taught to always be honest, therefor I reiterate, David is the worst business owner ever. Norman Sun hired him as a handy man and it was his worse mistake! Instead of trimming the tree you attempt to knock it down and put others in danger!?? Really!?? No David, everything that I posted is truE and correct. Please learn to admit and TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR POOR ACTIONS

Previous estimators wanted almost $20,000 for my roof replacement but A2Z was able to do it for less than $15,000. I appreciated Davids communication skills and humor. He did an extremely satisfactory job on my home and i will be calling him for future repairs.

A card was left on my door for A-2-Z Mobile Maintenance. I own a Mobile Home and needed simple maintenance done on my swamp cooler. Called David and he said he could come out that day. After several texts wondering if he was going to show up he finally arrives at 5pm, no tools, no ladder, no work truck, nothing. He was with a girl, said she was his sister. Said he needed cash for the work. He did the WORST JOB EVER! He knows nothing about swamp coolers! The pads he put in were torn and didnt fit, water running out thru the panels. The panels were put back in crooked and not clipped in place. One clip was just laying on the roof.The pump was the wrong one. Left two of the old pads up on the roof, left a mess in my yard...paper from pads and old copper tubing and old pads and broke MY cutting tool and left it up on the roof. Had all kinds of excuses. Don't hire him! What a scam! Never have I been so mad and disappointed in a so-called professional.

I have a 0 star rating for this company. I had David reseal 4 mobile home roofs. He gave me a 10 year guarantee. All 4 of them leak and he stopped answering my calls & will not show up to fulfill his guarantee. I totally got ripped off. DO NOT USE A 2 Z !!!!!!!!!! Get as far away from this guy as you can get !!!

I found David on Craigslist when my mother, in Sun City, had an issue with her swamp cooler and a few leaks from her spigot. I live in Las Vegas. David was there within a day or two and fixed the problems at a reasonable price. He has made it easy for me to pay him directly and has always followed up on any issues mother has had. He stands by his work, has showed a lot of character in his dealings with my mother and always followed up on her concerns. I have only used him for about a month, but he has completed a lot of work for me and I will always use him because I trust in his work for my 65 year-old mother. And unlike many of these people who one may meet on CL, he does not require money upfront. So when my mother says that he is done, I pay him. If she has a problem, he comes back out without an issue.
