Daniel is the most honest professional tradesman I've met in years. He answered his phone himself and made an appointment the next day. Was on time and ready to work. He checked the problem I thought I was having, explained he could get lots of parts but it didn't really need it and once I understood what was happening I was satisfied. Not many folks around who would be so upfront. He laughs that his Mom wouldn't be happy if he didn't do a good job (she lives in my neighborhood it turns out). Highly recommend him and his DVS Plumbing Company!!! He even mentioned another company that he trusts if he's not in town.....What a guy!!!

One of those times you say to yourself ....Yelp is spot on!...The owner Daniel came to my house and successfully impressed me with his knowledge and his customer service....I own a business and I KNOW what customer service is and I know those who exemplify it ...Daniel is That guy.... Told me I needed a few parts...Advised me on where to get them and then he will return to put them in...Most would have gotten them ...marked them up 200 % and then do the job...NOT Daniel...Oh did I NOT mention he did NOT charge me to inspect and evaluate 2 problems...He will be coming back to do the work AND he will get plenty of referrals from me...

Called Daniel in a panic, due to a leak in my vacation rental home. I had guests checking in in 3 days. He came to the house within an hour, diagnosed problem within minutes. Came back next day and fixed the issue.

We chose this business because of the high Yelp rating. This sounds crazy, but this was the most amazing plumbing visit we have ever had! We made an appointment to have DVS replace some toilet parts in a vacation home. They confirmed the appointment, came when they said they would, had reasonable rates, and did a first rate job. We have additional work to have done and we will be calling them and telling our friends too.

DVS Plumbing did and excellent job installing a water heater, kitchen faucet and repairing a bathtub faucet. I will use them again to install a new bathroom sink and faucet. They are elite professionals.

Called DVS and Daniel answered the phone himself. I explained the problem and he said he would be out the next day between 1 and 2pm.

At 1:30 he showed up at our house in La Quinta, evaluated the problem and said that it was best to leave things the way that they are! He said he could make a job out of it but that the problem would probably return so just leave it alone.

I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty. He certainly could have told me that I needed to have him do the work but he was honest and had my best interest at heart.

I highly recommend Daniel and DVS. They are our go to plumbers in the desert!!!!

I called Daniel and he called back within minutes. Although he was not available for my emergent sewer issue, he answered all my questions, offered another company and also said he could squeeze me in the next day, on a Holiday, no less. He is very friendly and approachable. I will call him again should the need arise.

I had a really bad leak from my upstairs bathroom to downstairs so I called DVS Plumbing based on the Yelp reviews, an incredible 5 stars! They were punctual and checked the leak, said it was most likely the seal on the toilet, fixed it and charged me $225 which I thought was reasonable. After a few days it leaked again, so I called them up, they returned right away and spent quite a bit of time figuring out the problem, turns out it was the shower. They fixed it perfectly and did not charge me a penny more!

After reading great reviews about DVS, my assistant called them to fix a running toilet in one of our condos we manage. After looking at both toilets, he said they both needed to rebuilt for $300. Mind you, toilets cost about $25-50 in parts to rebuild, but because we live 150 miles away AND he offered a 1 year guarantee even if failed due to sand again. COOL! FINE! GREAT! Well, about 3 months later, the toilet in the master was filling very slowly. SO, I called DVS out - well, he informed me that it would take him A WEEK, a whole week, to come out for my warranty work. FINE, well he went out and informed me he fixed the toilet - and he would waive the repair cost...as a favor. Wait, what? I have a one year warranty and paid $300 to rebuild, NOT replace 2 toilets. Well, here we are again - the handle is out of adjustment ..you have to play with it to keep it from running. You think I am calling them out? HECK NO. I'll fix it myself - it will be done right and NO CHARGE.
