AVOID THESE GUYS! They tried to SCAM ME!! My AC was not keeping up with the heat wave in Fontana (118F), but was still able to keep temps around 78F - 80F. My AC is only 6 years old and probably needed a tune up. These guys did a 5-min evaluation and told me that not only my unit was ""empty"" but also the compressor was not working. But they didn't even put a manometer to measure the system pressure!! And if the compressor was ""not working"", how did I get cold air when it was on? They told me that a freon charge would cost $350 (seriously?!?) and a new compressor would cost $2356, so I was ""better off"" by buying a new system from them for $2800. Since I had previous experience with good HVAC technicians, I immediately knew that this was a SCAM! I paid the service call fee of $49.95 just to get them out of my property. Next day I contacted Maynor Gutierrez from MyAir System for a new diagnostic. As expected, my AC only needed 1 lb of R-410A refrigerant (it holds 5.34 lbs), and some cleaning of the evaporator. Total cost: $140 including service fee. The AC is cooling very well. And I picked them based on the number of positive reviews, like you are doing it right know. I have all receipts to support my claim.

The reviews I think were family members. It's a great rip off and the guy - John acted like a lunatic. Just threw an estimate with unknown words and forced me to decide on the spot. He said if I don't make a decision right now the price is going to rise after three days. And he first said only going to repair it's going to be over $1000 dollars. If replace three thousand dollars. I asked what are you going to repair for $1000 and what are you going to replace for $3000. He replied forget about repair it's replace for $1000. What a scam and humiliation. He should be in a locked down facility. He appears to be a crazy person.

We are really happy that we called DVK Services for our air conditioning unit. They came out to our home to assess the problem and gave my husband a quote. We accepted the quote and set up the appointment which was in two days and they came out and completed the job in a timely fashion. They were very kind, patient and professional. They asked me if I wanted to take pictures of the unit they had to remove which I thought was a great idea and it also made me feel like these people are really honest people. They put a new unit in and ran it for a bit while checking other areas of the unit including outside area. This company is very professional and they said to call them if I have any questions or problems. Mind you I was home alone because my husband had to work and my kids were at school. I never once felt uncomfortable having these two men working in my attic. Payment was made very easy, I received an emailed receipt along with a hard copy receipt. The work and replaceplent also came with warranty. I can honestly say that I don't even think these guys took a break at all. I continued to offer them cold bottles of water because the house was hot and it was hot outside. I finally got them to take a bottle of water on there way out. Very nice people and if your looking for honest professional people then take a look at DVK Services. I'm not connected with this company at all, this is the first time my husband and I even heard of this company. We found them online when we were searching for air conditioning repairs. Thank you DVK Services for your hard work and professionalism. I would totally call on your company again if I need more services.

Great service and price. For a while we had a problem with our AC leaking water.. Every time we fix it after couple days it leaks again. Now it has been almost three months with no problems. Dima did an amazing job

We called cause our AC shorted out. Alex came out same day to asses the problem, mind you it was a 100 plus outside and I have little ones at the house. After he diagnosed the problem he said it would take three days to get the part, but then Alex went above and beyond and was able to obtain the part same day and came back after hours to get our AC running. Super thankful and appreciative.

Called several AC companies after our ac stopped working and most right away just told me I needed to replace the ac and they hadn't even looked at it yet. A few companies came to look at it and wanted to charge us an arm and a leg to fix it. Finally we called DVK and they were able to come that same day in the middle of almost 100 degree summer weather. The tech checked out our ac and within a few short minutes was able to tell us exactly what was wrong and offered to fix it at a VERY reasonable price. We said yes and after a few mins. our AC was working again! I loved that they didn't try to upsell me anything or take advantage of us and even gave us a 30day warranty, they were professional and knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything that he did and what the exact issue was, they have earned a customer for life! Highly recommend them above all the others, I tried almost every AC company on yelp and they don't even compare to the quality and price of DVK.!
