Meet our new Plumber ... you will not find a more diligent, pleasant, hardworking, honest plumber than Vito. We had a stormwater pipe that ceased draining causing back flow up line flooding our entrance way. The community we live in is responsible for this pipe. Vito worked with our Management office and community reps and was extremely professional coordinating repair at our home while meeting working requirements stipulated by office. Vito is equipped with necessary tools, including video camera capability to survey the line to locate the problem. Once blockage found Vito had to open the ground at this point, cut out section of 6 inch pipe, couple new length of pipe, backfill under/around new run and when all was completed and done it was barely noticeable in our yard this ground which was so excavated was ever disturbed ... that neat! Look no further than Vito/DV Drain Solutions ... great guy! ... only call to make when in need of any plumbing/drain line solutions!

Vito answered my request very quickly and even quoted me a price on the phone after just hearing what my toilet problems were. I told him I would be contacting other referrals but that I would get back to him. He agreed that would be a smart thing to do and even wished me luck in my search. But when other plumbers were slow to get back to me, I decided that I would go with Vito. I called him at 8PM on a Friday and he was here at 11AM the next day. He determined what the problem was (just as he predicted on our first contact) and, because my toilets are approximately 60 years old, he felt the needed parts might be hard to find. He did fix the problem while he was here but he told me if I had any further trouble with the toilets, he would research, order and install the new parts at the original cost he quoted and the amount I paid him today, would be credited back to me. In addition to being very fair, this young man was knowledgeable and so pleasant to talk to. I am looking forward to his completing the job (which may not even be needed). And I am certain that he will be honest with me in this regard.

We had to call around 10 o clock at night for emergency service when our toilet flushed and the water started backing up into our shower. DV drain solutions answered so fast, were willing to help so late and they didn't charge us an arm and a leg for the late night call. The technician who showed up was on time, took care of our problem in little to no time and even fixed a long time issue we were having with our toilet constantly running water. Definitely recommend this company!
