I reached out for a plumber to fix my toilet. I had my supply line ruptured. Eric reached out immediately. And his quote was in the ballpark as the 3 others. I decided on Duty Calls because his quote was honest and timely.

Eric arrived right on time. He was always quick to answer my questions and was personable and honest. We walked through the job and discussed what needed to be accomplished today. I shared with him that my plan was to have a new bathroom sink dropped and a new toilet installed in June(ish) and we both decided what HAD to be done today & what could wait.

Had a water heater that stopped working the day before. Duty Calls Plumbing was quick to respond, arrived within a couple of hours, and fixed the problem shortly thereafter. Communication was excellent, I understood the issue and what the options were. Price was reasonable and the service was friendly and professional.
